The food is great but the service for take out is not good. Previously a few months ago I had gone in and ordered at 8:25pm (they close at 9pm) and the lady said that the kitchen closes at 8:30. So I said ok it's 8:25 and with disgust she took my order. Last night I submitted an online order at 8:10 and came in to pick it up at 8:20. I was not greeted but interrupted the woman at the register counting cash to say I had an online order. She walked away with no response and came back with the order and said "for future reference if it's after 8 don't submit an online order. We were about to close and only stayed open for your order. " I told them they could just change their hours to closing at 8 or not accept online orders after 8. She responded with " it depends on the night and if we are busy". I understand the issue but don't make it your customer's problem. Update your online ordering time window if it's really an issue for your business.

The food is absolutely amazing but the server who works in the front is horrendous. She doesn't answer the phones and she turns down customers for dine in 2 hours before closing time. She is definitely hurting the restaurant by being so careless. I called 4 times and let it ring until i was hung up on each time. I then arrive to the restaurant and there is one couple eating in the dining room. I proceed to the front and ask the server if the phones work. She replies by saying she was slammed with customers.. Smh.

The Gyros sandwich was really tasty! Great meat to veggies ratio. Our only complaint was that pitas are not freshly made but it was still a good sandwich for only $8.

Good food but the wait is ridiculous. We waited an hour for our meal. Mind you we were two people who ordered falafel sandwiches - nothing fancy! Meanwhile, 10-15 UberEats/Doordash orders were fulfilled before ours. This place should run as a kitchen bc they don’t care about their in-restaurant customers.

This place is the true definition of a gem. The half sized king combo is the most food you can get for $14 anywhere in the city, and it's delicious.

Not sure if it was an off day or what but definitely not the place to go for hummus or a Gyro…

Normally I get a lot of food, but yesterday, I felt a bit cheated on the portions. Not sure if it was just a one time thing, but my sauces were reduced by half from what I'm used too and the hummus/baba ghanoush was about 2/3rds full versus what I normally am served. Also the side salads I get with my combo orders didn't even fill the box. I really hope this is not the new norm. Will give it another chance though....

We came here on New Years Eve to eat. The server we had was very kind, and we absolutely loved her. The food we had was super good and we even had to take a little home. The atmosphere was mid, but that might have been because there were few people or that we are not used to the environment.Parking: Tons and tons of spotsKid-friendliness: They are definitely kid friendly, it might not be the best idea to bring a kid 6 or younger unless they like Mediterranean food, because they don't have any "kid" optionsWheelchair accessibility: If you brought someone with a wheelchair, it would not be hard to find a spot to sit.
