Since new management, the quality has gone down some. I have gone numerous times and they have either had no cookies, or no fresh tea. The sandwiches had a lot of condiments on it also.
First off, I’ve come here multiple times and usually everyone is so nice. The crew they had today was the rudest I’ve ever experienced here. They were two Hispanic girls, one seemed to be a lead or manager of some sorts. I had a mix up with my online order so I had sat down to figure it out.
