I remember when the store was built in the late 2000s. Went there for the first time and was surprised that the menu is super simple. It is definitely pricey for what you get. Granted, they do overload the bag with fries and the burgers are thick as heck. During my 12 years in Denver, CO. I think I ate there about 4 times before moving to Minnesota in 2019. Each time I got the single burger instead of the double burger which is the default. Burgers were great as were the fries, but corporate greed is getting out of hand here even back in the day.I like someone in a review blamed Biden for the price of their meal, get a clue Biden didn't cause corporate greed here! I digress here.Vegetarian options: Only one item is vegan.Dietary restrictions: Their food is a heart attack waiting to happen. Lol.Parking: Good luck.Kid-friendliness: Kids love the peanuts that are free.Wheelchair accessibility: It is hard to navigate the store if one is in a wheelchair. Not very ADA friendly. :(

Stopped to get food. Stood at the counter with two other people behind me waiting. No one there. Plenty of Mexicans in the kitchen. They can stare, but do they do anything? Nope. After about 5 minutes finally one of them decides “hey mahn, maybe i should go get who’s suppose to be up here taking orders”. Doesn’t say a word to me though. Gets her. She comes walking out and she apologized for having me and everyone else wait. Just kidding. She did no such thing.There’s issue number one. Why do companies hire this lazy good for nothings who act as if they are doing customers a favor by being employed?Next. I ordered Cajun fries. Pretty simple. They mess it up. I go and bring it up to them. The same woman felt bad, apologized and when the cook made me a new batch he also was very kind and apologized. Just kidding again. They both did not apologize at all and just acted like I’m being a bother for them not being able to do their job correctly.Five Guys, if you keep with hiring these lazy human beings and not having standards I’ll gladly drop you for a competitor. Get rid of the covid hires and the likely illegal hires and get some standards.

For almost $20 for a burger and fries, I can get something similar, but much better, somewhere else. So, unfortunately I consider the burger below average for your standard $20 burger and fries.

Their fries get five stars. Tasty and plentiful. I only ever have to order a medium fry and that fills me up for lunch. It is a lot of super tasty fries. The main complaint about this place is the cost. It is expensive to eat the burgers. A medium fry, which fills me up, is only $6. That is all I ever spend here. But when I absolutely must have a burger, I start by going to the Natural Grocers on the other side of the parking lot to buy a pack of gluten free buns. Then I order a double with cheese and bacon, no bun. They do not have gluten free buns. But they don't mind if I bring my own. But that is rare. I really just get the fries two to three times a week. One does not even need to put ketchup on them though sometimes I do. I kinda am starting to wish I had gotten me some of their fries today. Tomorrow!

It's a roll of the dice with this location. Sometimes it's fine and sometimes they mess up. But with a restaurant, it really shouldn't be a 50/50 toss up.Today I went in and was the only customer in the entire joint. I ordered one burger with a few toppings. Somehow, despite such a simple and unrushed order, they managed to forget one topping and add another unwanted one; and this "unwanted" topping happens to be the one thing I'm allergic to. Go figure.
