first impression was sitting at the bar and being ignored until someone came out of the bathroom and greeted us. 3 people behind the bar two looked at us and didn't even acknowledge us. Not even be with you in a moment.Jocelyn the hostess was absolutely amazing and super friendly. Sorry if I spelt your name wrong.Very slow service. For a Brazilian steakhouse. To only have a tiny slivers of meat at a time and to barely see people carving meat. Had our green card out all night and still didn't event try all the meats my husband watch meat go by. The people next to us had to ask for someone to come by with food. Never saw pineapple. The salad bar is super small and not much variety. Wanted to like my first experience at a Brazilian steakhouse. Ordered dessert. got one of two. He said he was taking care of it. never saw the molten cake. had to ask the manager for the check. Don't waste your money.

Food was tasteless,meat was either undercooked or was burned,took long to get the meat to everyone’s plates ,I got food poisoning from eating there ,I would never go back they even brought me a spot called garlic steak that tasted like raw meat no flavor at all ,$150 for 2 people to the trash watch out for this spot would never recommend
It was a let down. I've been to Fogo in different countries and California--all 5 stars. This one had drab decor, mediocre service, and patrons wearing sports jerseys and backwards baseball caps. At least the food was good.

We were actually very disappointed with our dinner. The best part of the evening was our amazing server “DUSTIN”.. he went above and beyond to serve us!When I told him we were there over an hour and still hadn’t tasted the cheese and pineapple so he personally brought us dishes of them.Also the bacon wrapped chicken and steak were burnt and overcooked each time they arrived at the table and even though we were on the limited choice meats the only one that seemed to come by was the bottom sirloin… again, very disappointing.The gauchos barely visited us, not sure if it’s because we did the $44 deal but maybe have 2 separate teams to keep the guests full and satisfied…so we basically paid to eat at the salad bar.It was my husbands bday and our expectations were much higher than what we received.The sweet ending cheesecake was the best part of our evening!Again, Dustin was SUPERB!
