Excellent! Omelette

Take out for the first visit is a ballsy move but it was well worth it. Take the service stars with a grain of salt as I barely had any interaction with the staff. Online ordering was well organized and easy to use; order was ready and accurate when I arrived. The food was amaaaaazing! The Kitchen Sink with BBQ Potatoes, Andouille sausage and French Toast, Biscuits and Gravy with Cheesy Eggs and Sage Sausage, and an order of Beignets made for a wonderful breakfast! Everything was so delicious! Cannot wait to go back, hopefully to eat in. The restaurant is open and airy with some outdoor seating.

The food was excellent. It was rather noisy. Could barely hear the server.

Y’all…I’ve had crab cakes benedict in NoLo and this was twice as good. So was the smoked brisket hash. Definitely 10/10

I just got home from ordering the kitchen sink before friends. Started eating and feel something real crunchy in my eggs, it was eggshells in my eggs. People just don't care anymore ?

Stopped for breakfast on our way to Colorado Springs. Service was great (Lindsey), food arrived quickly, and it was delicious. Highly recommend this place.

What sets this spot apart isn't just its inventive dishes or ever-changing menu; it's the journey it takes you on from the moment you join the queue to the last delectable bite.Yes, there's a wait, but it's a wait that's worth every minute. As you stand in line, anticipation builds, fueled by the tantalizing aroma of coffee and the laughter of fellow diners sharing stories of their favorite dishes.Once you're seated, the real adventure begins. The menu, ever-evolving and brimming with creativity, is a testament to the culinary prowess of the chefs. Each dish is a work of art, a symphony of flavors and textures that dance across your palate with every bite. But it's not just the food that makes this restaurant special; it's the entire experience. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, the knowledgeable and friendly staff, and the joy of sharing a delicious meal.

I was really hoping to like this restaurant as it’s so hard to find a good local place for brunch. If you are a breakfast restaurant your kitchen staff needs to know ho to cook the basics like over medium eggs. Mine were so overcooked I could only eat the yolks. The homemade sage sausage was so sweet I couldn’t stand it. Although the pancake was good it was drenched in powdered sugar. To top it off all of the food was at best lukewarm. The service was great and the staff was very friendly. Too bad the food isn’t up to par with the service.

Wait was much longer than originally expected, but the food and service was more than worth it. Six of us had five different entrees and all of them were great.
