Some of the best battered fish my husband and I have had since traveling to the west coast, CA. I highly recommend, the staff takes a lot of pride in their food. Husband and I had the cod meals with coleslaw.

We stopped by a couple days ago and tried the cod as well as the clam chowder and chips! We were helped by Madison, and her service was top of the line! She was patient and very positive about the food but it was the way you could tell she really cared about the shop and the patrons.I overheard another couple talking to her at the bar and they were telling her that they had a bad experience before and wanted to give it another try. She did a great job acknowledging their previous experience and thanked them for coming back and for giving them another chance!Service industry has changed so much and it was so nice to feel like you were in the presence of someone who genuinely enjoyed where they worked and wanted you to enjoy your food. There was a girl who I do not know the name of but on Sunday the 7th she was clearly intoxicated. I think it’s absolutely disgusting how a shop like this will allow there employees to be drunk on the clock. I did enjoy coming here with my family but do to the company clearly not caring if someone is drunk I will NOT be coming in. I hope to god she did not make my food or anyone else’s food at that! Do better!!!!!

We went to the location on Broadway. This is a casual restaurant, and I like casual restaurants. It can also be busy. The food is very good, exactly like fish and chips should be.

I love the cob plate. It has 6 pieces. So yummy, hot, filling. Your desired side. In get the potatoes. And their white sauce is so delicious. Staff is always really attentive and welcome you with great attitude. If you have never been there they will always recommend the best, they are so knowledgeable regarding each of their food items, you'll be satistied!!! This place is small, dim lighting, sports oriented, great for small group meet ups or two people. Great for a grab and go too.

You don't know how good you have it Denver! The Roaring Fork Valley has no option for fresh, hand battered Fish and Chips. The best these 'restaurants' up here can do is VandeKamp's frozen mush!!!! My daughter had the shepherd's pie and loved it while I had the Cod. Great vibe, nice people and exceptional food - GB's for life!!! Thank you.
