I really love this place, the problem is though it is hardly if ever available on uber eats and when you call no one answers.Whats the point of having a phone if you never answer it?

Ordered from GrubHub on a Sunday a few weeks ago, at 7:20. Driver went to pick it up and they decided to close early. Thankfully GrubHub refunded us but not going to waste our time waiting again.Had ordered it previously and it was fair, three star pizza. Plenty of other decent choices in the area skip this place

So I usually love this place and don’t have any problems. Today though I placed an order on the app for delivery at 5:45pm and the email said it would be here by 6:40pm. No worries right? So I waited until 7pm and then called the store. No one answered the phone for 30mins. So at this point the store closes in 30mins. So I drive my car over there to figure out what’s going on and I arrive only to find the store completely closed and the lights off with an hours sign on the door saying they’re open till 9pm lol. This was at 7:30pm. So they charge you for the food and delivery fee and yet the entire store is closed! I’ll be calling again tomorrow to hopefully speak with someone about getting a refund. Hopefully they’ll actually pick up the phone then. Unacceptable service. One star until someone gets back with me. If I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company I will.

The place was extremely dirty. There were several employees but no clear leadership. Random people kept coming in the restaurant and going back and forth in and out of the kitchen. Perhaps they were off duty employees? They even kept turning the closed sign on several times while i was there. This was at 6pm and the sign clearly states 9pm close next to the open/closed signsThis place pales in comparison to the thorton location. They need some cleanliness and leadership asap. Hopefully we dont get sick from this pizza and its safe to say we will never be going back to that location again

Employees treated you like you were a burden to them. Trash on the floor. Liquid from leaky trash can on the floor. Several employees walked through it without cleaning it up. Food was mediocre at
THIS STORE IS TERRIBLE. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL. Tried a couple months ago, pizza showed up 2 1/2 hrs later. Everybody has a bad day so we figured we give them another shot, an hour after stated the delivery time, we called for status, they gave us new delivery time, again, NO PIZZA, called back, they said it had been handed out for delivery. Last straw, NO PIZZA, we asked where it was, they said since we don't know where since we used Doordash to deliver, we told them we didn't select that option, Godfather's says we know, WE use them for our delivery service if we want to find out, we the customers would have to look up the contact information for Doordash (their contacted svc) and ask them. No apologies for for failing to provide service, inconvenience or anything, it's on us. We gave up, requested a refund.TL:DR Ordered pizza, given multiple delivery times, told multiple times that pizza "out for delivery " 3 hours later, NO EFFING PIZZA!!

Food is great !!! But changing my 5 star to 1. I ordered a take out walked in to pick up my pizza which was sitting behind the glass NO WARMER And I sat there for 30 min before he finally gave it to me,,, soo COLD pizza that I had to pick up IGNORED for 30 min,,,,,,,,GREAT PIZZA place just needs new help.

Very disappointed with the Supreme Delux I received today. There was nothing to it. It looked like a Supreme thin crust.Godfathers Pizza has been the best in Denver,and it was a disappointment when they left Colorado in the 80's.Then several years ago they retuurned and opened 2 restaurants in Colorado. I was very happy they were giving Colorado another chance.Several years ago I ordered the Supreme Delux from the same location and it was absolutely fantastic, just as I remembered as a kid.I was in the area today and decided to stop in and order the Supreme Delux since I didn't know when I would be around again. The service was less than any customer would expect ordering. Picking up the pizza was worse. The young man that had to hand the pizza to me presented himself as disgruntled and my order had disrupted his lifestyle.I will not return to Godfather's Pizza at that location ever again. And most likely will never order from their other location as well.Such a disappointment from an establishment that has the ability to deliver an outstanding pizza.If my experience is the new norm for quality and service, I don't expect them to be in Colorado much longer.

I did not like the service. First, it took an hour to get my order. The guy that took down my order had forgotten about my order and asked me what my order was... 3 people got their orders before me that have ordered at the location. Did not appreciate that.
