Great service! Very helpful employee! Ordered a single scoop small cup and a double scoop regular cup. The hard ice cream was delicious…. I had dulce de leche and Bavarian chocolate while my husband had cookies and cream. This is a great spot for ice cream in the airport while waiting for a flight or on a layover. Price was reasonable.

This Häagen-Dazs is hands down my favorite part of my shopping experience. Not only is this ice cream the best but the staff is always so sweet as well! Very fast with taking my order and its always so delicious. I recommend trying their milkshakes. You won't regret it!

Went here to take my child. No one was there for 15 minutes. Then, someone showed up with their significant other, didn't wash hands, gave them ice cream, wiped their nose a bunch and then left again. Currently waiting again and no one is here.

Ordered 2 smoothies today and the drink wasn’t blended well so the drink wasn’t drinkable through a straw, we asked the staff and they said to go next door to the pretzel stand to grab a larger straw which we did but it was still not drinkable and would keep getting clogged so we let them know again and the manager whoever he is was extremely rude and just brushed us off and told us he would refund us, we never asked or wanted the refund; we wanted our drinks, and paying $10 a cup isn’t cheap so there was no reason for the sass. He just threw our drinks away and refunded us, like why couldn’t you just remake the drink and blend it longer or reblend ours? Just rude for no reason

There banana split sunday is my fave but it it super pricey it was about $11 and I shared lol But some of there flavors are super good some are like literally like kroger brand flavor ice cream. Butter pecan definetly is a good one. One of cashiers I think hes a teen man he seemed like He HATES his job.

Right behind Cold Stone as are as high quality out to eat icecream vendors go. It was great to see they had an actual store-front location; before yesterday I had never known they amhad any and assumed that their icecream was only sold in storres.Would recommend!

Went to get ice cream a few days ago and the experience was odd. The girl taking my order got everything correct but the guy working with her looked lost when helping the customer next to me. He appeared to be under the influence, presumably high, as he looked clueless and half awake the whole time I was there. There was a huge lack of organization between the staff which caused ordering to be very slow. They also have you pay last which is odd when ordering things like smoothies or shakes because you just stand there, waiting to pay. I mention this because the woman next to me ordered a shake and the guy forgot if she paid and she had to remind him that she hasn't been rung up yet. Never going back

This order arrived late and incorrect. I ordered two items with add-ons, I recieved two items that were nowhere close to what i ordered and were missing the add on's. There was also a piece of torn glove in the bottom of one cup that was about the size of half a quarter, definitely a choking hazard and disgusting.

Waited over an hour to get some ice cream at 15:30 and there was a sign saying “lunch break be back soon”. Terrible service and gone way too long. At least put down the time of when you’ll be back so customers know when to expect to be back.
