Just had lunch here and this is a great restaurant option, especially in Cherry Creek. Great location with their own parking lot, amazing food, and fantastic service in a stylish environment.Parking: Nice free lot, but it's a bit small so get here early!
Food is great but we found a hair in our dessert, we also reserved a table at 6pm and were not seated until 6:30pm. Why make reservations if they wont be honored? We were also offered a free appetizer for the inconvenience but that was not honored either and charged to our bill. If it wasn't for the great service by the waitstaff, not the establishment, this review would have been worse. Get better ya'll!

Hillstone was absolutely lovely and our food and service was amazing. Will definitely be coming back here to try more of their menu items. Service was very attentive, kind, and knowledgeable.Parking: Tight parking lot behind the restaurant, but has a good number of spaces available!Kid-friendliness: This is a wonderful date night spot, or a professional happy hour spot, not for family evenings!

Was great as always with the exception of the bartender. We’ve been coming here for years and usually like to sit at the bar to be served by Adam. This was the first time he wasn’t behind the bar and it took away from the experience. The replacement isn’t bad necessarily but wasn’t up to par with Adam!

Hillstone is struggling - over 90 minute wait when we were told 45 minutes, dried food on the knife when we sat down - no toilet paper in bathroom, black hair on the plate hot towels came on - food and drink were still delicious!

If I could give less stars I would. We had a late lunch with our 15 month old. Should have been a sign when they don’t even offer high chairs that kids are not even remotely welcome. Had eaten our full lunch… which was a large tab for lunch mind you… and we were paying our bill when the guy who was the host came up to us saying we need to be courteous of other guests because our child was happy laughing, playing with us and happy screeching. I have taken her to a plethora of other restaurants around the Denver area that are nicer than this establishment and they couldn’t be happier she is there and accommodate us along our dining experience. I’m not sure what desperation it required to hire this little man with a complex… but might want to reconsider who represents your restaurant. After he came up to us scolding us, multiple guests around us asked if everything was okay because they were clearly unbothered by our child being near them. Absolute joke of a restaurant trying to act high class. Remind yourself you’re a chain Hillstone and check yourself.

This was a great restaurant. They are in need of a new staff. The last 4 (yes 4) times we have been in they have been the worst. We kept thinking it was an isolated incident. They are militant in the treatment of customers. Bartenders are rude. Hostesses can't be bothered. Once you get a seat, servers are fine. It is no longer worth the wait or the money.
