I got a sandwich here called “The Bacon” and it was delicious. Among other items, the sandwich had bacon (of course), apple butter, and jalapeño aioli on country toast. While the sandwich price was a bit high at $17, the ingredients were high quality and we’ve got to make sure our workers get paid.

Nothing particularly new to add here compared to the existing reviews. The Bacon sandwich was delicious, but pretty pricey (and relatively small) at $17, so I'm knocking off a star for value.

Swung by for lunch a few weeks ago while in town. The sandwiches are truly out of this world, especially the pastrami. My only beef with this place is that the self serve water was never filled the entire time, even though it was acknowledged by staff that it needed to be. Hey, at $39.60 for two sandwiches, I definitely want more than a half of a plastic cups worth of water.

Seriously solid business all around: from the food to the service to the friendly vibes, always consistent. Our first order we started simple with some high quality salamis to taste. No complaints here. The second time we pre-ordered a Bourbon Honey Mustard Glazed Ham for a friendsgiving. Due to the nature of making plans our head count went up so we called them to make an adjustment to the size of the ham from 3.5 to 4.5 pounds. They were able to make an easy accommodation after I called. By the time the pickup day rolled around I got there and to my surprise there were all sold out of the 4 and 4.5 pound options. All they had left was the 3.5 and a 6 pounder they mentioned. I told them no to the 6 since that would be a huge price difference. Instead of saying "tough luck" like some businesses would have done in this situation, they actually gave us a 6 pound ham for the price of 4.5. Il Porcellino Salumi was the MVP of our friendsgiving! they will definitely be seeing us more often :)

A lazy Sunday is the perfect day for a well crafted sandwich. Actually any day of the week works for a well crafted sandwich. My husband and I popped in for lunch. I went with the turkey and he got the wagyu pastrami. At one point he had the look of pure contentment on his face, he was that happy with the balance of flavors. The turkey was really wonderful with the hint of peach jam and tart tomatillo. This is not an ordinary sandwich. Service was fast and friendly. Absolutely recommend coming here!

This is a D E L I of deliciousness! It was hard to choose what sandwich to try... until my eyes reached THE BACON. It's a sandwich served on Country Toast with Shaved Bacon, Apple Butter, Jalapeno Aioli, Tomato, Pecora Fondue and Lettuce. It is definitely a 10 for 10. My giant sidekick got THE PASTRAMI. It's a sandwich on Rye Toast with House Smoked Wagyu Beef Pastrami, 1000 Island Dressing, House Caraway Sauerkraut, and Melted Swiss. It is also a 10 for 10. Now, most of their sandwiches are pig driven: ham, pastrami, capicola, soppressata, pork shoulder. Although, they do have a mean looking Smoked Turkey, Philly Cheesesteak, Veggie Sandwich and a few salads. They also do breakfast! If you're hungry, I'd stop into this D E L I and try something delicious A S A P!

Got the Smoked Turkey. Didn't have much of a smokey flavor but solid sandwich otherwise. The jam added a sweetness to balance out the sourness from the pickle. A bit pricey but would worth a try!

The Bacon sandwich will forever ruin a basic BLT. This flavor bomb sandwich was heavenly!! I don’t know what magic they did in the back, but dang this was good!! After watching DDD and reading reviews, we knew this little restaurant was a must. You will not be disappointed!! We also split the Hoggie. This was another VERY tasty sandwich. When in Denver visit Il Porcellino Salumi, your tongue and your belly will thank you!!

This place is delicious! A friend told us to go and I’m so glad we did. We got the bacon sandwich and Mac n cheese.

Very overpriced sandwiches. Over $17 just for the Bacon sandwich with no sides or drink. The staff wasn’t the friendliest either. My bread was very soggy and some of the bacon was undercooked. Won’t be back for sure. I saw a previous reviewer get ripped apart by the owner just for not giving a good review. Stating that their sandwiches are actually underpriced, I laughed. I’ve gone to much better sandwich shops that actually charge around $17-20 for an entire meal, including drink and side. They are very full of themselves.

I'm sorry, you cannot operate an Italian deli and not have onions available for sandwiches. No onions. In a deli. They have some kind of pre-made onion jam. Also, the diced cured meats in the antipasto salad had the casings left on them ?. Maybe I'm spoiled growing up in NJ but the Italian delis I've seen in Denver are lacking.Update: I've tried a few of the sandwiches since my first review. Everything I've tried has been quite tasty. The Hoggie, the Bacon, the Philly were very good. I'm updating my rating to 4 stars. Would be 5 stars if not for the high prices (and lack of customizable onions).

My new fav sandwich shop! Will definitely be back to try some others, but The Hoggie was absolutely delicious.

This place is amazing. Every breakfast sandwich I've had here has been very tasty. BLT, breakfast croissant, breakfast burger, all great. Their sandwiches are also great. I've had the hoggie and the pastrami, and they were both fantastic. Great little intimate space for seating, and coffee right nearby. Working on trying the entire menu
