Dont use the machines throught the airport, if it's out of say hot chocolate it will make you a nice cup of hot water for $5. No way to get a refund or remade either.

How to ruin a world famous brand. Cappuccino was served in a (cold) mug, while the barista had a number of appropriate cappuccino cups standing on top of the machine. The semiautomatic espresso machine managed to make a cappuccino with horrible huge foam bubbles and the espresso taste was washed away by too much milk. Please fix this mess asap. The croissants were at least 2 days old too. Illy should close down this place or fire everyone immediately. At least, the place looks nice.

Croissants are excellent. We come for the coffee espresso, etc. but the Croissants are as good as in France. They sell out fast, so come early. We drink Illy at home but love this café treasure.

Great Hotel with all amenities needed. Bed is really comfortable. I got upgraded for our anniversary which was a really nice touch. I really liked the gym and the inclusion of peloton is a really nice touch.

I usually stay here when I come to Denver on business and it never disappoints the service is fabulous and the environment is awesome. It also has a great location. I'd like to give kudos to Mary and Carlos in the cafe. I went there yesterday for a cup of their great coffee and when I asked if they had gluten-free items Mary ran over to the restaurant and got me some gluten-free toast with butter and jam and did not charge me just as a polite gesture. This is now my home whenever I come to Denver which is fairly frequently.

We stayed here for two nights during my sister-in-law's wedding, and the service was fantastic. From checking in, to wedding set up, to sparkling rooms, to making us feel like true guests -- the team at the Renaissance Denver was fantastic. A special shout out to Mike/Michael at the valet on July 4 who helped us load our car with all the wedding decor, making the final bit of wedding party work all the more easier and sending us off with a smile.

Apart from the hotel being a beautiful building, there’s not much great to say about it. For Renaissance standards it’s outdated and dingy. Floor 7 smelled moldy in the hall near the elevator. Our room was clean but showing signs of wear. We requested more pillows which were never brought, the housekeeping staff would knock has they were literally opening the door and walked into our room twice while we were in there, and the lounge was lacking. Fine location but would stay elsewhere.

The hotel is a nice property and location. The reason for my five star rating was because the service was remarkable! They had some construction going on and we’re very accommodating to relocate my room. Luana - thanks for the exceptional service!

I always enjoy my stay at this Renaissance. The old bank building is beautiful with historic architecture, but the other draw is the great service. In particular, Teressa Gibbs is gracious and conscientious. It always nice to be greeted by her warm and genuine smile. I appreciate how she assisted me, the time I had a last minute schedule change.. Be sure to say “hello” to her, during your stay. -C.S.

This place is just not worth the money. I'd rather spend a few extra dollars to have better options and friendlier service.

We visited for a wedding over the holiday weekend. The location is very good. The lobby is beautiful. The room was a tiny closet with NO view of anything. It was very claustrophobic. The room itself was not worth the nightly rate. The positives were the staff. The front desk clerks were very friendly. The valet outside always said hello and offered us water. They were great. The bartender at the bar in the lobby was the best part. I didn't catch her name but the blonde was funny and personable as well as very professional. She made the stay fun! Simon behind the bar was very personable as well. We enjoyed visiting with both of them. There was a music duo in the lobby on Monday evening that were great as well. There was some confusion adding an additional day and housekeeping just walked into the room. But that was fine. Kudos on the staff. Not many people are personable anymore.

Great hotel. Fast and efficient check-in. Fast elevators. Room was of a decent size and was quiet and dark enough at nights. Very comfortable bed, and a good shower. Didn’t try any food, but the bar is well stocked. Close to 16th Street Mall - which was undergoing work, so not great - but also close to Union Station. Would recommend and would go back.
