I had the pleasure of having chef Paige Kraft cook a meal for me and my family thanks to a raffle I had one and the experience was fantastic. Wanting to entertain my colleagues I hired Chef Anthony Ramos to cater a cocktail party at my house. I asked for elegant but simple food to pass around and I definitely got more than what I paid for. Between the perfect amount of garlic on the escargot and the delicious flavor of the filling on the crab stuffed mushrooms my guests and I were more than impressed. I highly recommend Chef Anthony.
