My girlfriend and I were really excited to try this place out. I ordered the Jacks old fashioned and right from the start I could tell there was at most 1/4 oz of whiskey in there. I'm sorry but for a $15 cocktail that is really poor and unacceptable. I then ordered the $68 riibeye. I hate to have to be that guy because its the weekend and I'm happy to be out with my lady at a nice place, but the cut of meat was like a king soopers soon to be expiring piece of meat. Even at that, it was super fatty and just not good. We live in the neighborhood too and we're hoping the quality was on point. Highly disappointed especially for $280. If you're looking for a nice restaurant in the neighborhood look elsewhere. This place isn't it.

What a great find! I loved the tuna and my husband loved their special steak. The accompaniments were so tasty too. Do not miss the bread! It’s a boule served with two kinds of compound butters. The wine list is nice with approachable pricing. Can’t wait to come for happy hour!

Dining here was a wonderful experience. Our server, Taryn, was so friendly and attentive. She definitely took our dining experience to the next level. All the staff were really wonderful. The food was amazing! I highly recommend getting the brussel sprouts. We’ll definitely be back.

Last night was our second visit to Jack's in the past two weeks. We had another outstanding experience. The food was again wonderful. The sea bass, seafood risotto, and seafood linguine were delicious. Based on our experience on our past visits, Jack's ranks among the very best in town. Don't miss it.

Well, I have to say this is the top restaurant in Denver currently. Not over the top expensive, unbelievable service, and the food is 10 out of 10. I had one the best steaks I've ever had. Cooked to perfection, at the right amount of wood fire smoke and seasoning.  The oysters, and grilled fish were also very fresh and amazing!

This was our first visit and everything was outstanding. The food—oysters, onion soup, steaks, French fries and key lime pie—were excellent. We had a waiter in training who also was outstanding. He was shadowed by Christo, the Captain. Both the waiter and Christo were attentive, informative and could not have been more pleasant. My wife and I were particularly impressed with how kind Christo was to the new waiter during the training process. It's nice to see employees treated well by their superiors. We are returning to Jack's very soon.

My wife booked this restaurant during 5280 Week. Wow! This was absolutely the best steak and seafood restaurant we have ever dined. My appetizer was a dry aged tuna sashimi with coconut-mango salsa and topped with kazami wasabi, pickled fresno chiles, and black garlic - fantastic! My wife had a house salad with Spinach and iceberg blend, cherry tomatoes, Applewood crisp bacon, dried apricots, toasted almonds, shoestring potatoes tossed in lemon champagne vinaigrette - the best salad ever! My main course was a fire grilled filet basted with herb butter and garnished with veal demi glaze and garlic confit - best tasting and most tender steak ever! My wife's main course was Pan seared dry aged chilean seabass served over parmesan polenta, with pea puree, golden beets and champagne vinaigrette - the seabass was savory delicious, excellent texture, moist and perfect (the best ever!). Cannot wait to go back.

We are NOT from Denver but we just happened upon Jack’s. Best find ever!! Food was phenomenal, service was impeccable and atmosphere was perfect. We’ve eaten all over the world and Jack’s is one place we will make a regular place to eat when we are in town. We highly recommend this establishment. An incredible atmosphere that is inviting, and outstanding attention to every detail. The food is some of the best my wife and I have ever tasted. The staff is very attentive and extremely friendly.

We visited for the first time during restaurant week. Our server Chris was terrific- he was welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable, and provided us with a top level customer experience. The food was incredible, our choices were fish centric from the Restaurant Week menu and they were perfect- delicious and beautifully presented. The desserts were equally amazing. This restaurant is focused on excellence in every way. We will be back. And if you haven't been here, GO!

The food was good, we were there for restaurant reek, but ordinarily you could see that the prices were a little high, but I look forward to going back and trying the menu. That's not restaurant week.
