Receipts are toxic stop putting them on the sandwiches in the online order line. I see the workers touching receipts with their gloved up hands and touching the sandwiches after and even laying the receipts on the sandwiches it’s unsanitary. Find a new process to keep the sandwich with the order.

Have always loved jerseys mikes and for whatever reason was denied the sandwich order I have made for over ten years. Wanted to add roast beef to a sandwich that doesn't originally have it and was told that's not something they can do which really seemed wrong to me but I'm not the type to argue.

I generally love jersey mike’s and their subs. That being said, this one always manages to give me problems. I always have the same simple order. They’re either extremely stingy with the condiments, or better yet, when I call them to ask for a little extra to avoid them being stingy they decide to be smart and put an inch thick layer on the sandwich. I worked at a sub shop as my first job not that long ago. It’s not hard to put a reasonable amount on it without having to be asked. Most recently, I ordered through DoorDash, and they stuck my receipt on another person’s order. I’d also mention it was about half an hour before close when it was delivered so DoorDash couldn’t help fix it. After paying premium pricing for delivery, I had to drive all the way down there. As I’m grabbing my correct food, and I’m walking out, one of the workers said under their breath “well at least you got some free stuff out of the other order”. Believe it or not, I don’t want “free stuff”. I wanted what I paid for the first time! I’m sure the other customer that I got their food wished for the same thing! Absolutely ridiculous. It leaves me torn. As much as I like Jersey Mike’s it’s becoming less and less appealing to do business at this location.

The place is always dirty I work at the hospital so I frequent the restaurants in the area they're always playing some profanity music I approached the GM in regards to it and he told me find another place to eat at

The staff is amazing! Great atmosphere and attitudes all around, all while being efficient and accommodating. Sean even went as far as to bring my food outside to my truck so I could hangout with my dog while waiting. Best Jersey Mikes location in Denver!
