“Receipts are toxic stop putting them on the sandwiches in the online order line. I see the workers touching receipts with their gloved up hands and touching the sandwiches after and even laying the receipts on the sandwiches it’s unsanitary. Find a new process to keep the sandwich with the order.“

“Living overseas I miss a proper sandwich. Jersey Mike’s is the best of the fast food sandwich chains. The service at this is friendly and efficient. The interior is bright but could use a little more wiping down of the tables. My favorite sub at JM is the Italian. It’s a yummy sub but what would make it a great sub is better bread. If you’re looking for a fast place to get a sub for lunch, this is a good option.“

“Been coming here for years, at least 4-6 sandwiches a month between my family. It’s always been prompt, and always been great. One exception, as of late, they kept forgetting the bacon (which is oddly a deal breaker for someone in my family). So, let them know, and immediately manager reached out to rectify the issue. Great service, great quality, nice part of town with plenty of parking. 5 stars all the way. The only other issue I have, is they often run out of the cherry pepper relish jars. Just the extra jars, never missing from sandwich, but I don’t fault them for that, they just dope and sell fast. Updating our new allowance to 8 sandwiches / mint going forward.“

“It's few and far between that a sandwich shop has gluten-free (gf) rolls. It's a hard diet restriction that Jersey Mikes takes into thoughtful consideration. It keeps hoagies and grinders for those who grew up with them on the menu. Great portions, freshly cut, and served with kindness from a team that seems happy and glad to be there.
