Placed an online order which took over an hour to arrive. After calling the staff, they reported an "issue with bread". Food is standard but delivery is highly disappointing and I won't be doing it again.

The in-house mayo in this place is incredible. I usually get the #1 without ham, cheese, tomatoes, or lettuce- extra mayo- but was feeling adventurous and decided to get the #2 with extra mayo and wow what a great decision. The roast beef was juicy, soft, and carried hints of umami. But as always, the best part was the mayo. The mayo isn’t just a condiment, it’s a flavor maestro- an enlightening journey, inspiring me with each bite i took to the point that it brought me to tears. Thanks Jimmy, you did it again.

My recent visit to Jimmy John's was truly delightful! The sandwiches were not only incredibly fresh, but the mayo deserves special mention. The mayo was a culinary highlight – velvety, rich, and perfectly balanced, elevating each bite to a new level of deliciousness. customer service is amongst the weirdest. Had this guy call out multiple woman for being attractive and proceeded to make sexual remarks to them. Doesn't seem to respect customers and seemed very rude.

I dropped by this location to pick up a sub for dinner right before they closed. Nick was super cool though and made me a great sub! Everyone else was nice and friendly too. They’re a great crew.I don’t always get a sub but stop here often just to get a drink since I work next door. There’s a constant stream of customers and they’re so quick to kill that line. They’re a consistent option for a solid sub with cozy seating and a view in the downtown core. I highly recommend!

I am a weekly frequenter of this Jimmy Johns location in particular and in a time where customer service and bad vibes plague the restaurant industry, especially the fast-casual space, this location bucks that trend. The staff here are exceptional and aim to please. Quick to put orders out or check-in with customers, sandwich quality is always strong (especially compared to other JJ locations, and just all around friendly. Even though they are situated in one of the roughest corners in Denver, they dont let the outside world impact their work.Recognize this team for what they do, they all deserve it.

Amazing. Chipotle refused us a bathroom unless we purchased a full entree citing homeless person problems. I offered to buy a bag of chips at Jimmy John's and the worker looked at me funny and gave me the key and said no purchase needed. I gave him a $5 tip. TY sir!
