I honestly do not get from Jimmy John's a whole lot basic sandwiches. But honestly this place went above and beyond amazing sandwich. And they saved my life by delivering to me while I was at work in my work vehicle so I couldn't really go anywhere. They are life saver thank you so much

Had the weirdest interaction at this location on Monday around 7:40pm. I spent $20 on a single sandwich and asked for a side of peppers, the person making my sandwich said he couldn’t do that so I asked how much it was to clarify that I wasn’t asking for it for free, but that I would pay for it. He said they couldn’t ring it in separate from my order due to their inventory system, so therefore I couldn’t have them. Well, turns out, according to the two pictures attached, peppers are supposed to be free, but due to their incredibly delicate and complicated inventory system, paying customers cannot actually have them unless they are added to the original order. I will not need this information as I will not be going back, but if anyone reading this wants an advertised “freebie” make sure to include it in your order and not after the fact, because there is absolutely no way to inventory free things after your order has been placed. This is not posted anywhere at all and the person at the register won’t ask if you want to add any “freebies” before the order is finalized, you just have to know.

Will not be ordering from this location again. Just realizing Jimmy Johns does not offer refunds even if their bread is burnt and hard. This location gave us 4 sandwiches all with brunt/hard bread. After I suggested this for lunch, 2 of my coworkers was their first time so now my stamp of approval means less. Only thing you can count on is the pickle. New BBQ Chicken also not impressive. Potato salad was good but small portion.

We ordered catering from Chipotle and they completely failed to get our order to us or provide us with more info in a timely manner. I called this Jimmy John's and they were able to get us food for 45 people within an hour. They came through at such a critical time and I am SO thankful. HIGHLY recommend them-they were fantastic to work with and came through at such a critical moment. Also, their food is absolutely delicious and everyone at the event loved it.

Bad service. I ordered a Bootlegger and didn't get my sandwich until I asked twice and a dozen people who ordered after me got their sandwich. I had to clarify and I guess the person at the counter ran up the order wrong. No one else ordered my sandwich so this should have been obvious.

Rude "Managers" treat everyone how they want, even if you spend a lot for a "quick" lunch. They were dismissive while I ordered, kept talking to others making my ordering process take longer. Food wasn't even fast. I even heard them talk down to their workers more then anywhere I have ever been to. If they have arguments with a worker don't worry they will yell so everyone can hear. Go to the Cheba Hut around the corner.
