I live outside of the delivery zone so I drive to the store to get food. They had 2 employees making a large order so they closed the shop and when I called saying I was out front even though I'm one person, and one sandwich they wouldn't provide any service. Nonexistent customer service equals Nonexistent customer. Bye!

Disgusting, shameful. If this was my first experience at a JJ's, I would never come back. The service was good, but the food itself was despicable. The meat was dry and just off, like it had been sitting out. Even the way it was assembled was just sad. I must say that the person I called was very responsive and quick to offer a refund which was appreciated, but there is simply no excuse for poor (or dangerous) food. This reflects on JJ's as a whole, and very much needs to be looked into if anybody concerned cares at all. Does anyone care? Do not respond with nonsense asking me to take extra steps to share with the owner, because it's YOUR responsibility to share what's publicly posted. This location has a one star majority. Get a clue and do something about it. Geez.

They literally just tried to steal my food tonight. I ordered on the app and tried to pretend it was never delivered, and tried to claim I never paid for it despite my credit card being charged as confirmed by my app despite the JJ employee on the phone trying to argue that it was “unpaid”.

Can't make your own sandwich. Sandwich is mid. There's only one type of cheese (provolone). Sandwich is still mid. Staff is rude and "over there" is the directions you'll get for where the napkins are. (They're behind the counter where most people try not to go)But the napkins are mid too. That's all you really need to know about this Jimmy John's location.

Amazing! I order 25-45 sandwiches regularly for work classes. They are always easy to work with, on time, friendly, efficient, affordable & very helpful, even when I have to call and track down a receipt a week later. I've also been able to get something fast for the times people with unexpected food restrictions come & I can make sure they're taken care of. They're might go to when I don't know what food restrictions are for the group or how many people are going to show up. Quite honestly I love working with this store. I know I can count on them. Their staff is so great! Thank you!!

I always order from this particular store, and usually the order is delivered promptly.Today, however, I placed the order at exactly 10:00am and my order is still not here (it's 10:38am) and I have to leave to go to work so the sandwich will just be sitting in the hot sun for 9 hours until I get home. Yuck.

Drivers always seem to get lost trying for find the main entrance to the building as if they've never been here before and not knowing where the main entrance is when I know every driver at that store has been to this facility plenty of times today I didn't like the fact that the driver smashed my food tossing it to the ground ( saw it on camera) he was spilling my drink when I pulled out my food the chips were open and they spilled out as I was pulling it out of the bag like I always do I take that bottom of the bag up and let everything slide out and it just so happens the chips slid out of its packaging not satisfied have no other choice but to throw the chips away they landed on the table won't even bother calling the store what they going to do send out the driver with another bag of chips I just won't be ordering from them again I will also let everybody hear at this facility know what my experience was. So I spoke with the manager and he was understanding in my complaint and said the chips was part of the delivery that they had issues and he had to toss a case I had to toss my chips because they were all smashed and the manager credited the chips for next time

I am absolutely appalled by the service of this location, if you could even call it that. The manager was completely rude and argumentative defending her poor behavior. No amount of understaffing warrants the tom foolery that came from her mouth. This place should probably shut down because this operation is clearly unsustainable. I would rather eat gum from the bottom of a homeless person’s shoe, than can treated like garbage over a $10 sandwich. Absolutely pathetic. That person clearly can’t manage a restaurant much less her emotions. Get a job at 7-11, where the expectations are 0.
