Friendly staff, and the sammies are on point. But DO NOT order off Uber Eats, they don't use Uber Eats the same way other restaurants do...They take orders from the app, but they don't use whichever drivers are available/nearby, they use their own driver (singular, they only have 1 driver) and your order doesn't update in the app either. I wound up waiting almost 2 hours for my last delivery. Pretty ridiculous for a brand that prides itself on speedy deliveries.I probably won't order delivery ever again, but this location isn't far from me and it's pretty easy to pop by for takeout (if you can snag a parking spot)Parking: Parking is usually tough, it's a tiny lot that shared with the other business at this little strip mall.

Just did an online order for 6 sandwiches and only had 4 delivered. After calling 7 times, they finally answered. The girl was super rude when asking if I wanted to have the sandwiches replaced, yup sure would, we have 6 adults here wanting lunch. This is the 2nd time we’ve had this happen and it has yet to be a great experience.

This Jimmy John's location has never let me down in almost 3 years. The workers are friendly, my food is always ready, and I have had ZERO problems. I tried the Broadway location today because there is a better parking situation and it was 1/5 stars. Instead of giving them a bad review I decided to come here and give props to my normal store. Great job!

One of the best Jimmy John’s, I’ve been to! The lady, taking my order, asked if I wanted to put in my rewards number, which I was very appreciative of! Even when my friend didn’t have a rewards, she asked me if I wanted to put mine in to get the points! Umm yess please! The people making the sandwich were friendly, and, funny and ready to help in a heartbeat.The only downside was I parked right in front of the store in the closest spot and I couldn’t get out of my car without squeezing through a 9 inch space because the sidewalk was so high up, my car door hit it. Not much Jimmy John’s can do so I didn’t knock off any points for that. There’s a few others parking spots around, so if you can avoid that front left spot right in front of Jimmy John’s, I would recommend it. One of the best, Jimmy John’s, I’ve been to, I highly recommend!
