An incident that transpired at this location last night led me here. An employee so called assist mgr (who refused to give me his name) lost his marbles when asked to remake a chicken Caesar wrap that had been sitting for over 40 minutes. Needless to say, the situation escalated where police had to be involved. Already contacted corporate; awaiting on a call back from them.

I went into this location yesterday and was asked by the employee, "hi, what can I get for you?" And I responded with "I'm good, how are you" on accident because I was on autopilot.With the most passive aggression you can imagine, the employee says, "no, (eyeroll) I asked you what I can get for you. Tell me what I can get for you." I stared at them for a second and walked out. I don't need that kind of energy spitting into my sandwich or using the expired mayo on me. Lol. I walked next door to the bahn mi spot.

I always enjoy Jimmy John’s. Their sandwiches are delicious and they are made fresh just for me. The service is always prompt and the sandwiches are delicious! You can make special requests and the employees are polite, clean and friendly as well as professional.

Came in tonight May 7th 2023 hungry as hell talk to this man Tony and he put me down on the best Jimmy John's sandwich that I've ever had in my entire life and I've eaten Jimmy John's in four different states and for about 14 years I do believe that this man is a sandwich artisan and I will be coming back to this location every time I am in town

Sandwich was meh but the attitudes of the employees is why I’ll be returning! The manager on duty (I believe his name was James?) answered every question I had about the items on the menu! Not to mention I got my order before I even got through paying for it! Thank you for making my first (certainly not last) visit to Jimmy John’s a great one! I was pretty bummed that I wasn’t able to leave them a tip on my card though, guess I’ll just have to carry some extra cash next time I come in!
Ordered from here twice and won't be doing it again since clearly the ability to read and fill an order correctly isn't very high. They forgot the chips I ordered both times, and gave me the wrong sandwich all together one of the other times. It is literally listed item by item on a piece of paper. Shouldn't be that hard.

Had the new capresi sandwich and was not impressed way to much manoyse, bread was hard and not fresh, asked for no onion they put onions on it, sun dried tomatoes had no flavor. Overall sad excuse for a sandwich.

pretty soggy, high prices, no napkins, no bag for 2 sandwiches and chips, didn't give the paid for dipping sauce until reminded twice, impossible to maneuver parking lot set up, obviously that's out of their control but it's awful

When you pay almost $10 for a sandwich, you expect some cheese and some meat in it, but this specific location, I had the emptiest sandwich of all time. They're also slow l, took me almost 10 mins to get my empty sandwich. If you wanna eat bread in bread this is the best place the waste your money!!
