If I could post zero stars I would. We went through the drive thru at 9pm. Order 2 chicken Littles, a famous bowl with no corn and a spicy chicken sandwich with a Pepsi. We get to the window where the gal informed us they were out of Pepsi, ok we got a mountain dew. She gives us the drink and asks us to park up front. We do. 10 minutes later we are still waiting and people that pulled in after us up front came and gone. When we went in to complain about it they said " Oh I remember you, and said there's only 2 of us, your gonna have to wait. When I told her I wanted my money back, she stated I said there's only 2 of us so your gonna have to wait. No need for an attitude." I went out to grab my card we paid with and walked back in. I asked if they needed my card where the rude gal screams at me I said I'll get to you when I'm done. This is the rudest kfc establishment I have ever been too!!! Amazing how there are only 2 of us and next thing you know you see 4 to 5 people standing behind the counter smirking. Don't go here!!!!

Horrible place to eat and dine in very dirty lobby restrooms etc. the manager is rude as can be and unprofessional she shouldn’t even be allowed to work with the way she treats her customers and the way she treats her employees ,when I complained about the chicken tasting old and stale she refused to help me I didn’t enjoy my food at all I forcefully ate my food because I was starving didn’t even finished my meal NEVER COMING BACK had food poisoning afterwards as well STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP !!! Literally!!!!!! , eating a nice home cooked meal . is wayy better than this place!!!! Zero Stars

I LOVE KFC but not this one. I’ve lived a few blocks east of this KFC for 27 years and have several times visited this one. Each time, it was the MOST horrible chicken I’ve ever tasted. It’s looks like day old chicken, more breading (over cooked, burned) than meat, no flavor at all. The biscuit was hard. We tried it tonight because KFC’s were getting ready to close and my daughter insisted we go there, although I warned her. She asked me, “when was the last time you were here” and I told her a year ago. She said well maybe it’s changed, I said OK let’s try it. We went through the drive-thru. Once again, bad chicken, NEVER AGAIN! I’ll travel further to 93rd and Federal and get the most delicious chicken there.

Gave me the wrong order twice. I ordered 5 tenders they gave me 3 drumsticks then when I asked for 5 tenders instead of the drumsticks they gave me 4 tenders. How do you mess up an order twice. Employees are literally brain
Food was good and staff was great... but the price?!? It was more than $50 for a bucket of chicken!!! Even the individual side were almost $5 each. They did have a $20 special, which was the ONLY reason we even ordered. I just can't see spending $50-75 for just a bucket of chicken!
I went to KFC. On 72. Pecos st I got the 8 pic Family dinner. I got home and there was two pic that someone was eating them.

i'm not even sure i can even rate this experience in the point system they give you. my mom aunt and i ordered food from this location. we had to pull over and wait witch happens a lot so it wasn't that big of a deal. my moms 3 count chicken strips were way undercooked and missing things. in order for it to be edible she would have to cook it. she then called and asked to speak to the manager and the manager proceeded to scream at my mom to "respect her". i was able to hear every word the manager said, she was not on speaker. the manager of this location was over talking her while screaming at her like she was an animal that deaf and no one knew. she had ordered mashed potatoes and gravy but received fries. overall -25/5 don't recommend
