This place needs a bell on the door.There is NO ONE at the counter when you arrive, nor are they watching for you to arrive which means you are waiting for them to simply take your order.If anything is missing like butter and honey for your biscuits, you have to wait again.As I was waiting again for the Honey and butter, there was already a gentleman wanting to place his order. Two more people arrived, one after another and they didn't have a clue any of us were there! This is not only inconvenient for us, it's a safety concern for your staff and business!I wonder how many people just leave because no one will wait on you here. I know that I am not likely to return to this location for dine in service because I am not willing to be ignored like this! It's apparent they don't value me as a customer or my time.If you are going to fail it be attentive to your lobby customer, at least have a kiosk available that allows us to place our own order, in absence of a staff that is willing to take care of usSadly after all the extra trouble, my biscuit wasn't even fresh. It was like it had been sitting around all day!One more thing, please don't crumble my condiments in your hands prior to handing them to me. That doesn't inspire cleanliness. Handle them minimally and pass them to me with care. We are eating finger food. We have to handle those packages to open them and place them on our food....My nuggets and cold slaw were good, but the rest of my experience definitely needed improvement. One more wish, I wish you had Pepsi Zero instead of Diet Pepsi.

Idk what's going on in KFC's workplace culture but we've had nothing but horrible experiences. Nearly every time we go, something is forgotten (biscuit, fries, a drink, etc.). Employees don't even crack a smile or usually even respond to a "thank you" or "hello." But tonight, this was disgusting. Tonight I got a chicken tender meal. The fries were cold, the chicken was over cooked, and the biscuit they gave me had a bite taken out of it! ? So gross! Never eating here again.

I ordered a drive thru order. After driving away for a couple miles. Realized order was not correct. Returned and manager was ver friendly and fulfilled my order and then some. This KFC is always fast and pleasant. Thanks.

Ordered a mashed potato bowl with a side of fries and one combo meal. Pull up to the window and the girl starts handing me several drinks. I told her this is not what I ordered so she hands me the receipt for review. Was charged for two combos with drinks. No correction was made to how much I paid and I was sent to the front of the store to wait for fresh fries. And I can see why because there was a half full box of stale fries in the combo meal and the chicken was also clearly very old. We waited forever for the fries as we watches other customers come and go. Finally had to go in to get them. Food was so old and nasty that my toddlers even turned it down. Please don't waste your time or money here.

The food was hot, it was fresh, and the service was efficient. $17 for a chicken sandwich combo and an extra mash potato and gravy? The single mash and gravy are MUCH smaller than they have been in the past, $4+ for a few bites of instant potato? THIS is how you drive customers away. Thanks but no thanks. I can go to a full service restaurant and get a dinner for under $20. I am not paying you that ever again.
