Amazing food and great service. According to a friend at the table the sushi was magical for what they got in Japan. We shared endless shabu shabu, miso base and it was amazing. Chicken kara age was crispy and flavorful!Las Vegas roll is a must have!!Can't wait to go back!!

I've been going to this place since 2019, and it seems like a lot has changed. Would always get the hot pot and during COVID and before they would load you up on everything. But every time I've been this year, they seem to hold out on the Unlimited special. I'd finish up with my meat and have to wait 10-20 minutes for more, and this never happened in the previous years. The veggie portions as well have dwindled down. I feel that you get more for your buck at other unlimited places.

We had such an amazing time at Kobe An! Our waitress was dealing with some difficult tables, but still made sure to check in on us regularly. We always get the Miso pot and love the add ins.

It takes forever to get our orders in. There are not a lot of ppl in the restaurant but we probably wait for nearly one hour to finally get some food. The protein came 25min late after they served up the sukiyaki, which is super late.

Kobe An - LoHi in Denver offers an enchanting Japanese dining experience. The cozy ambiance sets the stage for an intimate evening. We were delighted by the premium cuts of fish in their shabu shabu. Each slice of delicate salmon and tuna melted in our mouths. The interactive hot pot experience made our meal memorable. Attentive service added to the charm. I highly recommend reserving a booth for your Shabu Shabu experience.

Kobe An is one my friend and I's favorite spots in Denver. We decided to go out for a bite on a quiet Monday evening and we're really glad we chose Kobe An. The quality of the food was top tier, especially the fish, and it felt very welcoming and authentic.

Came in on a slower night and had a great time! We got the miso broth shabu shabu with the seafood combo and wagyu chuck. It was the perfect amount of food for 2 people with a wide variety of veggies and some noodles. The fish was also very tasty, my personal favorite was the salmon.

I've been to the spot a couple of times a few years ago and had great experience. We recently ate there on a snowy weeknight and other than the overly loud party of 10 it was not busy at all. My gf has not had hot pot so I explained to her best I could but still figured the waiter would give a run down. He approached our table and said “do you know what you want”. No “hello thanks for coming in “ or “can I get you something to drink. We ordered and he left without getting our drink order. 10 mins later we flagged him down and we finally got water after the food had already started coming out. The service and the atmosphere was off that night. The party of 10 frat bros were yelling at top volume and slamming the tabletops which I mean, have a good time with your buds but respect the diners around you. I thought it was odd the staff did not mention anything to them as the whole restaurant was clearly annoyed by them. When the party left everyone immediately started clapping. That's my rant. Would've given it 4 stars if the service had been better. I understand the guests were just enjoying their dinner but there has to be a limit when it is affecting the entire place.

Kobe An is one of my favorite restaurants in Denver. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, the ambiance is super warm and inviting. You can sit at the bar and catch a Nuggets or Broncos game, or have a romantic date night. The food is always top tier, always fresh and they have the best cuts of quality meat. The sushi is always fresh and they have a great selection of Japanese whiskey! 10/10 recommend!

Some of the best food you will ever have! The owner will make your drinks himself and he is one of the most down to earth and nicest people you could meet. I will be visiting again. Highly recommended!

Food was delicious. The value was great veggies were fresh. However, the service was extremely slow and the server did not get our order right initially but overall if you are patient, the food is good.
