Great selection of tea, and knowledge of how to prepare each variety. The staff is beyond kind and patient, and they have great rotating samples to try.

Great spot to have authentic tea thats true to taste. I love tea and was pleasantly surprised to find this locally owned cozy and warm shop across from Starbucks. The owner was really kind and prepared me a cup of delicious tea (gyokuru green) and I grabbed some loose tea to take home. I would definitely come back next time I am around.

The tea was good but the bobas are stale. I could hardly chew through them.

This spot has the best selection for teas in town! The staff is incredibly helpful and will provide samples of anything upon request. They also make drinks to go that are delish! I only wish they were open earlier so I could replace my morning latte from Aviano with a nice cup of tea. I went in for a milk oolong and also left with some sweet rice raw puerh.

They have tea at the door to try, and will brew a sample of any tea on the shelves. Reasonably priced for loose tea. It was hot outside and I kind of stumbled in slurring my words and they still treated me well. I wish that the store was less bright and had more plants, but otherwise 5 stars.

We were in search of local teas to serve at our High Tea Event they were so helpful giving us recommendations for the best flavors to serve to our guest. They even did a tasting with us so we felt super confident In the choices we made. What a great experience with so MANY tea options and instructions on how to brew them properly.

Excellent selection of teas. Knowledgeable and friendly staff helped us pick the perfect gift for my daughter's mandarin teachers for the lunar new year.

My sister-in-law has been drinking iced green tea and my mom recommended getting her some locally purchased tea as a Christmas gift. I was in the area and encouraged by the high reviews, and Ku Cha did not disappoint. I was greeted shortly after entering, and when I went to the green tea section one of the staff helped me pick out the ideal blend for iced green tea specifically. It was far from an easy choice! All teas in the shop have jars with the leaves and herbs in so you can smell each one, and the jar has a description of the tea to assist as well. I chose the green tea I have pictured for my SIL, and the monkey bread was one I chose for myself because I could not resist. It smells absolutely divine! I also chose the toasted almond fruit tea, which is another perfect choice for this holiday season. If you're not used to purchasing loose tea, be prepared for the price jump. It is much different than what you will pay for bags of tea at the grocery store. However, I have full confidence I'm paying for quality. There are also tea strainers and reusable tea bags available, as well as other useful accessories. If you're not ready to purchase a full bag yet, they also offer many of their teas hot or iced for purchased, so you can try before you commit. I got the milk oolong for myself with a splash of milk, and it was the perfect companion while I got the last bits of my holiday shopping completed. Will definitely be back for more!

Love the real teas with boba. Many flavors to choose from and a great customer service from Mariah, Ashley, Gloria, Andrew and everyone!

Large selection of loose leaf tea, with the ability to smell and see the tea before brewing. Staff was warm/friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely come back again. However, you have to pay to park on the street.

Hate to leave a sub-par review, but the public needs to know. DO NOT ORDER BOBA TEA AT THIS ESTABLISTMENT, IT IS HORRIBLE. I cannot speak to the loose leaf teas that I assume make up the majority of this business's sales, but the boba was disgusting: weak & unflavored Thai tea base, and the boba's themselves were rotten & gritty in taste. Textbook example of a business attempting to diversify their offering, but this is a swing and a miss.

I enjoyed the best boba that I’ve ever tried. The customer service is amazing, the boba pearls were delicious and had the perfect sweetness.
