We just came in to try the new Princess Peach drinks. I asked the girl which ones dont come with dairy or dairy free options. She says none come with dairy. So I ordered "The Leading Lady" and on the sticker, it clearly says milk cap. I have a dairy allergy and wasted my money on something I can't drink.Edit: We went back to have them remake the drink without the milk cap. The same girl said the milk cap is dairy free... which isn't true, and we told her that. We had looked on their website before coming back, and the drink I got clearly says "contains dairy". We also saw on their wall a description of what the milk cap was. It very much has DAIRY.Whoever runs this location needs to train their employees better when it comes to food allergies. You could seriously hurt someone.

Nice hangout with my kids, cool atmosphere, lovely delicious drinks ( Jujube tea !) and out of this world Boba waffle! Workers looked overworked, but it is a nice little place regardless.

I'm at the counter waiting to order , she walks off and is making tea in the back asking me am I ready to order ....so you take orders on a blender now....u wouldn't be standing here if I wasn't ready. Customer service really needs work.

Showed up here for lunch by chance because I work for a moving company. I arrived at 10:45 and waited for 15 minutes for the store to open. Waited at the door for an additional 8 minutes as my lunch time started to dwindle as the people inside watched me waiting outside to get in. Eventually was forced to leave as I no longer had time to order and wait. 1 star as I was denied entry at 11:08 when it would've been more than simple to allow entry as they finished preparing the store (coming from over a decade in foodservice and customer service). One star as all I was able to experience was the one star service. I understand not wanting to take orders near close. But not having doors open even 5 minutes past opening is unacceptable

Called before arriving to confirm they had non-dairy milk alternatives for people with dairy allergies specifically. Asked multiple times, and even confirmed they had oat milk. When I arrived, I asked multiple times again about non-dairy milk alternatives for dairy allergies while ordering because I didn’t see the options on the menu. Once again confirmed they were going to use oat milk, and even exclaimed out loud directly to their faces that I was surprised that there was no upcharge for the non-dairy oat milk and received nods and “yes!” in response. When I got to my car with my milk teas, I took one sip and was concerned because it was suspiciously creamy. Went back inside to ask what they used for the milk tea. They pull out a jug of Lactaid… then continue to nod and repeatedly insist that they understood me when I explained that Lactaid only removes the sugar called lactose that makes lactose intolerant people sick, but still contains the dairy allergens whey & casein that can kill people with dairy allergies. This is a serious misunderstanding of food safety that could quickly end on actual literal death and should probably be remedied asap. Definitely won’t be back. That was a terrifying experience.

The first time I went to this place I had never had boba before, now I’m addicted. The place makes it quick and yummy. The Oreo Milk Wow Tea is my favorite, as it’s sweet, sugary, and the perfect mood booster. However, there are plenty of other choices for those who don’t want to have something super sweet.Great place, good prices, overall 5 stars.

Been to this location 20+ times....my son and I absolutely love their boba's and very consistently tasty! They get a 3* because almost every single time we go to this location, the staff is consistently rude. I have a lot of patience but I finally feel compelled to express my frustrations with how rude they really are. It feels as if I'm inconveniencing them as a customer, no special requests.... just ordering size and flavor. I'll likely just order through app to avoid interactions with staff.

We ordered the Caribbean Breeze & the Rosehip Tea that tasted like powdered lemonade. No flavor whatsoever! Very disappointing. They also charge $6 for a little a** prepackaged crepe which is ridiculous. Do NOT recommend! Save your money & go to TBAAR instead.
