Edit:In addition to the below, we popped for brunch recently and loved the food even more. We tried some bottomless mimosas, the Wagyu Silders (gf version), hungover ramen, and a bao bun with duck. Great!Had a great New Year's Eve experience! Will definitely come back for a regular meal as well.First of all, the place is very cool, and I love industrial design. Second, the staff was amazing, big thank you to our server, Anna, for helping me to save my coat after I stupidly spilled wine on it. Third, we were surprised by the quality and size of the portions - I'm used to expecting less on special occasions, but this was both delicious and huge.It was a 4-course NYE menu. We loved the kimbap and short ribs arepa (my favorite), followed by the entrées, in our case - pork loin and lamb shank. The mains were so big that we were not able to make progress with our desserts, which were sizeable too. Those were least favorite anyway, but still greatly appreciated.Gluten free options are clearly marked and plenty. I love it.It's time to plan another visit.

I had a friend in town and we stopped in for an appetizer and a drink. I ordered a drink I never tried before. Our server, Zander followed up to ask if I liked it. He could tell I was on the fence.. to be fair, the drink was good but I’m not a big whiskey drinker. I didn’t want to ask for a new one because it was my choice. He said he’d be happy to get me a different one.. I was so appreciative. We really enjoyed our conversation with him and especially how attentive he was.Thank you Zander for your amazing service!

Two friends and I dined at 7:00 tonight and it was absolutely wonderful in every way. The pork belly bao was superb as were the wagyu sliders. Our server Kathryn was so personable and delightful and Micah (?), a manager, gave us a tour of the closed rooftop that will be opening. We felt like the staff went out of their way to make our experience special. Five stars all the way around!

Order one of everything!!! The food is absolutely delicious. Went with a group and tried just about everything on the menu and it was all fantastic, just layers of flavor. The drinks were tasty, service was pretty fast, especially during the dinner rush. Our waiter was amazing. Highly recommend!

The food is delicious, the bao buns are a must try, but truly it was Zander’s service that made the experience at Linger so lovely for me. They were so friendly and sweet, and I loved seeing a fellow non-binary person - it made me feel safe and welcome in a space that otherwise might not feel so welcoming. Definitely ask for Zander if you ever go to Linger, they are a lovely soul ?

I got this recommendation from someone on the way to the airport headed to Denver for work. I have a friend in the area so we made plans to eat here. there are three floors of restaurant and we could not get a reservation but we could sit on the roof for cocktails. there was a food menu but they weren't serving food at that time for fears that maybe a Friday night my overwhelm the staff. we went down and put our names on the list for a seat at the bar on the 2nd level. the food was great the ambiance add our cocktails under lit by an LED bar top surface which was unique and pleasant. we had the three Korean buns, mushroom skewer, and bacon wrapped dates. they all have different names than what I'm saying but I don't remember them and it doesn't matter because they were all very good. I'm sure all of the food is there. before arriving I took a picture of the ice cream place out front and the sign at the top of the building and posted it here with this review. I heard the ice cream place was amazing as well but when we left the restaurant there was a line around the block. Next time!we had a great time there and I would definitely be back. Enjoy the food and the view!

Made a reservation for 7:45 for two people, arrived on time and was told they were running 10 minutes behind, which I understood and patiently waited. When I started seeing and overhearing caucasian couples come in asking for a table with no reservation, and being seated right away I asked the host she said, in a rude manner and racist tone, they were waiting for tables to clear up when I could see atleast three tables empty. We were sat at 8:35. This place was recommended to me, so we decided to try it but definitely will not be going back because of the service we received. Being the first people you see when walking into a restaurant and representing it, they should be taught to treat everyone equally and respect reservations. Food was mediocre.
