This place is garbage do not waste your money. Do not order it online. They will send you spoiled food. Save your money. Save the time of having to give a bad review definitely reporting this to the proper authorities.

I had high hopes for this place, since they offer clean and healthy options but, I had a very hard time eating the teriyaki chicken I ordered. The sauce and sweet potato salad were the only 2 edible components but there wasn't nearly enough of them. The chicken looked like it was boiled or steamed. It lacked flavor or a sear/seasoned outer layer and was very dry. I didn't eat most of it because it had that sort of metallic, freezer burnt taste that you usually get with meat that's been stored for too long. The kale had a very overpowering ginger flavor and the rice was still crunchy. I never leave google reviews but this was so bad, I just had to say something.

Ordered delivery and after waiting for 45 minutes the order was cancelled. Recommend avoiding this place.

Only ordered once from here so far, but it was pretty good! No issues with order accuracy. I got the noodle salad and my partner got a custom bowl. Food tasted great!

Love this new find. I decided to pick it up myself- it was super quick and easy. Ordered through Ubereats but it was only 6 mins from my place- I got the Hawaiian hot chicken and it did not disappoint. I chose jasmine rice as my base and it came with chicken, veggies and a little arugula. The side of sweet potato salad is DELISH... definitely reminiscent of Hawaii! Can't wait to try the other bowls for the future!

I've been ordering from here for months, through uber eats and never had a problem. The food is always great. Never made me sick and it's warm when it arrives. My experience has always been good so I'll recommended for sure.

Great potential but poor experience in execution. I was excited to try the vegetarian and vegan options but found chicken in both dishes. In one, it was a replacement for the cauliflower in the pineapple teriyaki cauliflower so we clearly were given the wrong thing. In the other, I found chicken in the kimchi of a veggie only dish. Beyond that, the $11 broccoli had 8 small cut up pieces which did not cover the base of the small delivery box. It is not reflective of the photo nor is the value appropriate. The winners were the sauces - the vegan ranch, an orange undetermined chipotle like dip and bbq was great. The sweet potato salad was also delicious. 3 stars for atmosphere because it’s a ghost kitchen so don’t want to ding them as it should be delivery based.Vegetarian options: I ordered vegan and got chicken in bowls

Don't waste your money on this place. We ordered the hot chicken bowl. The chicken was so hard. You couldn't even chew or eat it. What a waste of money. it and there was no pineapple little pieces of something. But it didn't taste like pineapple. It was not worth the $40

Back alley pop up that makes you sick.Impossible to find, even if you go to get it yourself and don’t use a delivery app, and there was no one there when I went in, so I just grabbed my order off the counter and left? The sweet potato salad was RAW so I couldnt eat it and the cauliflower wings were undercooked and wet. This food made me sick.Expensive, not cooked, and difficult to get to, with no one even manning the shop. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered the Pineapple Teriyaki Cauliflower bowl via a 3rd party delivery service and received some kind of bowl with beef and chicken. When I tried to call Lulubowls about the incorrect order, it’s an automated machine that gives a whole bunch of options that aren’t actually helpful. It tells you to speak with DoorDash about the issue but it wasn’t the delivery drivers fault - Lulubowls put the incorrect order in the bag addressed to me. It was a huge hassle, such a shame because I’ve ordered from here before and it was good but not worth the hassle if they get your order wrong.

I was excited to find a Hawaiian place close to home. I went to their website to order for pick up. I ordered a Build Your Own Bowl and checked boxes for: Sesame scallion rice, marinated chicken, island fire sauce, broccoli, corn, basil, green onions, roasted salt free peanuts, gochukaru, sesame seeds, Of course sweet potato salad and chopsticks. I picked a time. The text about my order was informative as to how to find the location. Easy to find and no parking issue as it's in an industrial area. It was ready as requested when I got there. Picked up my food and the bag was really cute. I thought it was a little light for being a $14 meal. Got home and was disappointed in what I found. Not much food overall. Maybe 1-1/2 oz chicken part of which was fat so I didn't eat that. Overall the flavor was good and I didn't need to add anything to it. I did notice that there was no broccoli or corn. The sweet potato salad also tasted good and didn't need any additional flavoring. Apparently, come to find out, they only allow 5 toppings. I was not aware. I guess if you choose more than that, the website automatically removes the top item to add the last item which is why I didn't get broccoli or corn. Hmmmph. Would have been nice to know. Missed my vegetables. I'd maybe consider going back knowing what I know, but at the same time, there wasn't enough protein/veg. I'd order something else. But, returning is a BIG maybe. I'd rather have broccoli and corn instead of a cute bag. Oh... and there was no lemon wedge.
