We normally eat at the Cherry Creek location and I wish we would have just gone there.First off they left out our guacamole from our order. So I had to turn around and go back.Chips where soggy with grease.Then the Pollo RostizadoRotisserie Chicken tacos had little to none of the crispy potatoes. The crispy potatoes is what makes that taco.Now the Cherry Creek location knows how to do it. They don't leave food out and they load up those tacos with the crispy potatoes. The chips are made fresh daily. Take it from me go the extra couple of miles the food is sooooo much better. Sorry kitchen staff but you need some training from the other location. It's sad that different locations can have such a big taste difference.

Food was pretty good! We decided to get dinner here along Colfax. Liked the refreshing drinks, the food, the atmosphere, and the staff. Although it did feel like it was on the expensive side of things with drinks pricy around $10 and including a 3% service charge as well, which was why I gave away a star. Overall, would recommend this restaurant on Colfax for dinner.
UPDATE: the staff they have now are really good. I feel like they cleaned house.Bartenders are hit and miss. Sometimes they are good, other times they will completely ignore you. Food quality is inconsistent as well.

This was hands down the best tacos I've ever had. If you try anything you have to try the Campechano and Quesabirria tacos, I am a taco girl so I've tried a lot and I was blown away. There was a deal where you get 12 tacos for I think 58 bucks so we each had 3 and we ate every bite. Went to the Colfax one on a Thursday night and it was pretty busy so there was a little waiting for the food.
