Mariscos el Malecon was recommended to me by a friend so I had to try this! This food truck can be found on the SE corner of 8th and Federal. It's bright blue so you can't miss it. There was a line of people waiting for their food so I walked up to the window and asked for a recommendation on what to order. Amazing cuisine they're putting out through this food truck on Federal Blvd! I decided to come here for lunch and so glad I did! I actually was not expecting too much for $12 out of a food truck. I ordered the marlin tacos and they were delicious! They fill and cover them with cheese and cook them perfectly to the point where the cheese was almost the winner in these tacos.
