Great menu! Seafood extremely fresh!

Really cool restaurant in Wash Park. Great service and really good food.

opentable dinner

Food was very good and the waitress was fabulous. We were celebrating a birthday.

The classic lobster roll was awful. The $10 glass of wine very sparse.

Lobster Mac was great. Crab dip excellent. Good oysters.

Nice place to actually talk to friends!

Server was really friendly but other then that it all went down hill. Server was not knowledgeable about oysters and our only hot appetizer was cold. This used to be a favorite go to. Sadly crowds seem to be thinning and it seems obvious why.

Service and food was phenomenal.

The ambience, food and servers were excellent. The raspberry margarita was delicious and the halibut was too die for. Will definitely be back!!!

Drinks generous amount of alcohol not watered down. Staff service excellent. Great food presentation, quality and quantity.

We love Max’s Gill am Grill - food is great, service is excellent. Fun atmosphere!

The food was great!!!

Enjoyed happy hour on the very nice patio. Food and drink was good, but not exceptional for the price. one of the best things was the clam chowder. Service was a little lackluster and insincere.

Enjoyed outside seating. Was not rushed. Had a great time.

First timers here. Party of 6 all enjoyed. Had a great table at their rear patio (wouldn’t recommend the front patio on a hot day) music was reasonable and for a 12 noon reservation on Saturday we didn’t experience crowding on the patio. Jonathon was great, I noticed servers were having to bustle faster when more folks arrived so if there was any delay getting back to us it was understandable. My arugula salad wasn’t super exciting but dressing was well done and chicken moist, generous pours on the wine and good margs. Other diners seemed happy with their meals too. The place just had a nice vibe and I loved the swing seats at the back bar I saw coming back from restrooms.
