Ask for a burger without onion, got a burger with onion. I asked for a replacement and they gave me back the same burger with the onion scraped off while telling me it was a new one.Terrible service.

Just another MCDONALD'S burger and fries. As always decent and fairly priced. Nothing more to say. This location was clean and the staff was nice. So McDonald's as always good and you know what to expect.

I woke up in an alleyway after being drugged and assaulted this weekend. This McDonald’s was the first open place I could find after walking down colfax barefoot in the freezing cold. All of my possessions were gone, my clothes were ripped and I was covered in scratches and bruises. I asked if they had a phone I could use, the worker looked me up and down and gave me a dirty look then laughed and said no. A security guard approached me and stupid me felt relieved because I mistakenly believed his job was to keep people safe. He told me to leave, I asked him if he could at least please call the police for me and I would go wait down the block or something, or if he could direct me where I to go to use a phone or get any sort of help. I was terrified, in a lot of pain, freezing, and completely traumatized. He did not care in the slightest and his only concern was physically forcing a vulnerable girl back out onto colfax before the sun had even risen. I wouldn’t have even been able to keep warm on a summer night, let alone in that weather. He had a heavy jacket on and zipped up while sitting inside. Can someone tell me what exactly his job is then?? What is it that this “man” (I hesitate to even use that word, because he is incredibly far from it) is getting paid to do? I was not causing a scene or anything like that. I quietly begged him to contact the police. Trust me, last thing I wanted was any attention drawn to me. Maybe I’m being naive, but I don’t see any reason why these employees treated me so poorly or refused to do even the bare minimum by calling the cops and having me wait for them down the block…I have no faith in humanity anymore.
Gave me an order number and a table ID and told me to find a table. 30 minutes later I asked about my food and they handed me a cold bag of food. If you don’t do table deliveries don’t give table numbers.

McDonald's is for me, any time of day, or whatever meal I know I will eat at McDonald's, usually the spicy chicken ? sandwich ? with a small fries ?, and to top it off I always get a chocolate ? shake, it hits the spot every single time ‼️‼️
