Anytime I come here it doesn’t matter if I go to the drive thru, order online, EVERY single time they forget something. Today it was my hash browns last time it was my sandwich the time before that it was fries. Get it together already there should be no reason why I have to go inside & get the rest of my order EVERY SINLE TIME cause Y’all can’t ever check the bag!! Now that I finally got my hash browns after waiting 5 minutes the rest of my food is cold.

Make sure if you do a mobile order that they are open. It’s Suppose to be open already and they have the doors locked. I Tried to call and they won’t answer. That is Terrible service. They should tell the app that they are not accepting orders. App says you don’t get refund once order. So you lose your money. I am Glad I don’t really eat McDonald all the time. I deleted my app and will not eat here anymore.

Overall I've never really had issues here. I tried calling but the phone must not work and I spent over an hour in the bathroom getting sick with food poisoning. It kicked in extremely quickly, I still don't feel good. And I know that it can take a few days. I already contacting Uber Eats. Cross contamination happens, I know restaurants try their best but I really wish I knew what item that it was. I haven't opened the Chicken nuggets yet, and I'm not going to because if it's from eating a couple fries then it's something from the frier or someone didn't change their gloves after touching raw meat. I'm in so much pain and super sick.
The people who work are really rude and don't know Customers are always right.

I don't know why I keep going here other than my 4 year old begging me, and it's very close to my home! They always get my order wrong, charge me for someone else's order, forget something, or it's not at all my order. I'm to blame for the disappointment every flipping time! I seriously have been overly nice when addressing my problems to management that were no fault of mine and always received attitude or ugliness. I'm treated as if it's my fault I ended up being charged $34 over or onions, ketchup, mustard, and bacon crumbles, and soggy lettuce ended up on a cheeseburger PLAIN! Ugh..

Super rude employees, my daughter and I showed up a little before 10 we wasn't bothering no one, and haveing a good time. We were waiting until lunch to order and they told us to get out in a rude way and we can only be there for 30 mins. I'm calling corporate on them and reporting this because they do this to A Lot of people.

I was denied service at the drive through because I was on a motorbike (two wheels, throttle, even had a passenger on the back). The staff was very disrespectful. I was surprised that the McDonald’s employees discriminate in this way based on vehicle choice. Seems counter productive to building a health society.
