I asked for an extra syrup for my pancakes the guy was rude and said well you're going to have to pay for it I thought it was rude when I ordered the lady was also rude ? I'm paying for my food it's not free I know but it does not give them reason to be rude needs way more improvement of customer service.

Had the double big Mac combo and the burger was dry and old and fries followed rite behind old and dry. Should have stuck with the usual cheeseburger.

THE WORST McDonald's I've been to in recent history! Sat in my car for over 20 mins. Finally went inside to make sure they made a new sandwich to go with the crispy chicken I had waited almost a half hour for. After getting back in my car, I realized they had also forgotten my large fry! Really? C'mon now, do better!

Worst fast food location I've been to by a longshot. Unfortunately this is the closest place to get quick food for me. I've never had a place get my order wrong EVERY time. Then it normally comes out cold and gross, maybe a crunchy bun, yum. Of all times I've been here I got one correct order.. shocking.. oh but guess what, I get halfway thru it to find a LONG HAIR in the middle of my sandwich. One time they had me park off to the side where I waited at least 15-20 minutes only to eventually find out they gave my order to someone else.. what?! You can literally go there and make a basic order with zero changes and they will get it wrong. I'm pretty sure they do it on purpose at this point. I've never written a review for food or anything, let alone McDonald's.. but this place is a complete disgrace and they need new management at this location. Honestly just shut it down, it makes me not want to eat McDonald's ever again out of principle. This location is waste of money and time, every single time. I get that it's not a glamorous job but if you care that little about it, go somewhere else.. don't make customers suffer for it
