I grew up in Brooklyn and have been looking for a deli that can keep up with my east coast roots. Mead is the first place I’ve come across that comes close to what I grew up with. However, when I came in 2 days ago one of the employees, from what I was told the “head chef” came up to my table and was obviously hammered drunk. He continued to ruin my experience. I loved the rest of the staff though.

This has been a local haunt of mine for many years. The service and ambience are always good. The menu has changed several times over the years, including the restaurant's concept. My partner and I dropped in for dinner last night. We decided to split an app and an entree. The calamari was really good. However, the gnocchi was really disappointing. A bit slimy, mushy veggies and over seasoned with nutmeg. I could only choke down a couple bites before giving up. My partner however managed to make it through a couple more bites. Maybe an off night in the kitchen? Next time I'll stick with the tuna sandwich and fries. Always delicious!

My cousin Jon suggested we have lunch here and it didn't disappoint. We were a group of 6 and ordered several different items. From appetizers to mains, we loved every single dish. The Meatballs, Wings, Calamari, and Bruchetta were excellent starters. The Ruben is the best Ruben I've ever had, the Cajun Chicken sandwich was delicious, and the Chili! You must try the Chili! It has the perfect blend of spices and heat. I will definitely eat here again when I'm in Denver. You can't go wrong with Mead St. Provisions, 10 out of 10!

Went with a coworker for a quick lunch sat at the bar. Bartender was a nice guy and I enjoyed him, but man did we have a totally terrible experience that I’m not sure who was to blame. I think initially he forgot to put in our order (I get it it’s busy and he’s juggling a lot) so the order got put in after we’d been waiting for over a half hour…. Then when the order came out he’d clearly forgotten what one of us ordered and had put in the wrong item…. So then they had to rush a new order for what they missed. It was a sort of series of mistakes, accidents, and bad luck but once we did get the food it was all delicious. It just took over an hour and a half to get the food >.< he ended up comping the meal that was screwed up and alls well that ends well, but we thought we’d be there maybe an hour and it turned into over 2 hours all in.

The best sandwich joint in town. My wife and I have almost gone through the menu, and are yet to have something we didn’t love. The restaurant itself it’s the definition of downtown Denver and the service is fast and reliable .

Not pictured is the Rueben which was the MVP. Might have been the best Rueben we've ever had. The Antipasto and Pesto chicken were also phenomenal. The Hot Toddy really hit the spot too on a snowy day. Service was great too everyone was super nice!

I really enjoyed Mead St. Provisions. The staff and patrons were friendly. The food was very good. We had the beet salad, grilled cheese and tomato soup and chicken wings. Everything was delicious. I will be back!

I never understood how a sandwich could be someone's favorite meal until I ate here. The Hell's Kitchen sandwich is now one of my all time favorite meals. The vibes and appearance of this cute boutique sandwich shop is complete and utter perfection while also tying in the history of 32nd st which I learned use to be a train station back in the day. What a cool way to tie in history, incredible food, and the go to spot for a quick drink and food with friends. 12/10

Great service for lunch. Quick turnaround on a crowded Friday. The sandwich was amazing and the service was perfect. Great place to take a client for a quick meal. Love the setting with the rough floors and open to the attic look. Everyone working there smiled when they interacted with you. Great to see. Will go out of my way to visit again.

My buddy Gerit, said that the Ruben was a bit salty. But the chicken parm, wings, and calamari were delicious! Small space, but very nice inside. Would recommend.

Hated everything about this place, some people that worked there looked like they needed a good hot shower, they forgot my sister's beer so she had to get up and remind them, they offered her a sample of a new beer which never came, I wish it was like it use to be several years ago, this new place is super lame, never again,I ordered a hamburger which came in 4 pieces and was burnt on the edges, no water was offered, we asked a female worker there for a to go box which never came, WTH
