Good food, lovely environment, very friendly staff. My son and I popped in to kill some time and we were greeted by very friendly and patient staff. We both loved the food and the gelato (which comes with a kids meal!) and my son (a notoriously picky eater) inhaled everything. I liked my calzone, too, for what it's worth.I'm not in that exact area often but I will be returning for sure.

Generally a solid choice for pizzas and calzones which is my preference. Generally the same for salads. I do not recommend the lasagna, at least at the Central park store. We got 2 orders and were sadly disappointed with seriously oversalted sauce that I can't imagine was tasted by the cooks and actually served. The pasta itself was reasonably cooked although there were incompletely melted squares of cheese in between. I'll eat at MICI again but will stick to pizzas and calzones.

Mici’s customer service is the best!! The online order from DoorDash was messed up by DD but Mici’s management - and Sienna - went above and beyond to make it right. Food is so good also!!

Was told they don’t have pineapple because they don’t do pineapple in Italy. I replied, they also don’t do pepperoni in Italy. She was speechless. Food is good, no complaints, but not worth the cost. $30 (including tip) for a single 16in. If I’m gonna spend this much, next time I’m going to T-Mamas. They are such lovely people at T-Mama’s.
