We stopped in for a drink before our late dinner reservation (on a Friday, no less) and we had a table for 2 immediately and two delicious cocktails (pictured): the Maria Si (very spirit-forward) and Cinco Nueves (delicious, fun texture). Would definitely stop again!
This is my go to in Denver. When people from out of town want a good quality cocktail and an opportunity for some great noms, middleman is the spot. Also a great happy hour with their old fashioned
