We ordered the Bananas About You and the Yout Nutwit. The pictures looked incredible. Let's just say when the order was delivered it did not meet expectations. I'm not sure if employees were trying to get out the door on a Saturday night and just didn't care or what. Maybe don't order from Door dash so you can hold the employees accountable, but these pictures are basically the Fyre Festival of ice cream.

Great flavor options and ice cream was delicious. The place was clean, with the exception of the bathroom.Only 1 employee working, but thankfully, it was a Monday afternoon, so our wait time was about 5 minutes. Unfortunately, the employee was less than pleasant. They seemed to be annoyed to be there.

We came inside and there was a line up. We realized that it’s one person working (at cash and making the ice cream) while there’s a line of 10 or more people. I don’t understand how management can think they are doing a good job having this employee over working.Multiple people came in and out after they found out the wait would be more than 20 mins. The employee is working as hard as he can. Also no credit card so they lost a lot of business (that was when the system was down). Please hire more people. At least 2-3 should be working at a time.

We’ve been coming here for years and love this place. But wayyyy understaffed. The guy behind the counter is doing his absolute best but there’s no reason one guy should be working alone on a Saturday night. We waited for 20 minutes to place an order and watched 9 people walk in and back out after waiting for a bit. Please hire a second set of hands

How do you only have one person working on a Saturday? Waited 30 minutes with my children and left. The people in front of us hadn’t even ordered and the people in front of them were still waiting for their ice cream they ordered before we got there. Please hire more people and give that girl a raise she was working so hard and the line kept stacking up.

I feel so bad for your guys's employee it's March 2nd 2024 . You only have one person in here working and I believe there is 30 people waiting to be served. This poor girl deserve better. As a business owner this is offensive

They definitely need more than one employee on a Saturday at 3pm! The wait was an hour and there was only 6 people in front of us. The one employee is in no rush to make customers orders or even greet/acknowledge the people waiting. At least 10 people left due to the slow service. This would be easily fixed if they staffed accordingly with more friendly employees.

Not sure if the girl on staff tonight was having a rough evening or what, but felt very unwelcome as customers when we were ignored until we left without ordering.

Sooo good! I love sweet cows cereal ice cream but these guys do it with fresh cereal so the ice cream stays crispy. Amazing!

It’s not a bad place at all, but it’s just not as good as it could be, there is normally only one worker, it’s takes a while to get your ice cream, and the often make mistakes. But I really enjoy their ice cream. The rolled style is wonderful! But definitely pushed me to feel slightly uneasy.

Parking is hard. But even after that we got here, the door was locked with a sign that said BRB bathroom except the bathroom was open and we could see the girl and her guest with her hand on her leg. We waited approximately 15 - 20 minutes for them to finish before she unlocked the door. She seemed very hostile once we ordered, she didn’t speak a word or even return our smile as we were very friendly (I promised my daughter she could get this as a reward for her spelling test and we wanted this to be a positive experience). She made the rolls passive aggressively, getting my daughter’s cotton candy that was left on the chiller into my son’s Oreo ice cream. Bathrooms were super grossUltimately, I wouldn’t recommend.

The ice cream was totally fine ice cream. Nothing really special, but certainly not bad. For a Saturday night, the space was pretty small and tables were not being cleaned so you would have to clean up after the person before you. My biggest complaint is the service when I had a mistake with my order. I had a premade flavor with an extra mixin for $0.75 extra. They forgot the mixin, and said they could remake it but I would have to wait until after every other current order to get it. My order already took 25 minutes so I obviously didn’t want to double that time but also didn’t get a refund on the extra bit. Frustrating that they wanted to handle the situation that way and really just didn’t care.
