Expensive prices for very mediocre food. There are so many delicious Greek restaurants nearby, I'm not sure how this one has maintained its 4.5 stars. This place is not welcoming. I've never had such an awkward and uncomfortable time being ID'ed before. For ref, my husband and I are almost 30 and the way we were treated made us feel like the restaurant is battling a serious underage drinking problem because the distrust towards us was palpable from the get-go. As such, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. I called ahead to make sure coming in with an hour till closing would be okay and it was still a very weird experience. We were definitely out of the restaurant by 9. Kind of a bummer. We live nearby and were hoping to find a new spot to frequent.

I ordered their $20 roasted lemon chicken dinner with Greek potatoes. I got two potato wedges that amounted to about a quarter of a potato with unremarkable flavor, and roasted chicken that looked and tasted like any store-bought rotisserie chicken to-go. The chicken did not taste of lemon whatsoever. Dish served with chicken "jus", which didn't have any flavor. The side of hummus comes without pita. The extra pita that we asked for was not warm, not fluffy, and unremarkable. Unfortunately, maybe this business is struggling and they are cutting corners in the kitchen. Regarding the service - both women who waited the table seemed like they didn't want to do so, especially the second one. No interest in paying attention to my refillable drink. If the service would have been there, I wouldn't have written this review. The way we were treated was pretty bad, and the tables and clients behind us were been served better and more enthusiastically. Hope they improve.
We Love Monaco Inn! Been coming here for years! Food is great and so is the service. Authentic Greek food here. If you haven't tried Monaco Inn, put it on your next outing.Highly recommend!
Our waitress Anne was great. We were her last table and even though we were there late she still made it fun. Saganaki, ouzo, lemon chicken soup, greek salad, gyro and other dishes I can't type the words of. I highly recommend this hidden Greek restaurant.

The service was fine and the restaurant is nice. I haven't been to the Monaco Inn for a while so I was shocked at the current prices and dinners. Of course, the prices have increased quite a bit but the amount of food in a dinner meal has decreased. I ordered the chicken dinner. That meal used to include half a fried chicken, soup or salad and a side. Now you get half a chicken and then you pick one side which includes soup,salad, Greek potatoes etc. so you start the "meal" down one side. And did I mention there is at a nice increase in price. But most surprising was the "chicken" was more like a Cornish game hen. The sizes of the pieces were tiny. Since I love fried chicken, I was recently at another spot that specializes in fried chicken. The price had gone up but the chicken was normal and they gave the same amount of sides as before. I used to go to the Monaco Inn for the Greek chicken soup and the fried chicken dinner. I think I will make my own from now on.

One of my favorites. Every experience I’ve had had been fabulous. The owners are very sweet and welcome you warmly. The staff is friendly and approachable.My favorite thing is the sense of community the Monaco Inn has. Many of the people you see are regulars and are greeted with a handshake and a smile. With all that is going on in the world and our lives, the Monaco Inn is a nice retreat to eat some good authentic food.Do yourself a favor and stop in or get food to go. 5 stars!
