Narrative was wonderful! Our waiter was fantastic and the food was absolutely delicious. The only reason I have 4 stars is because we waited an extremely long time to have someone come to the table. I think there was a mix up but our waiter was so apologetic and gave amazing service that was above and beyond.

I stopped by after work with some coworkers last night (3/15/24). The staff was pleasant and the vibe was great. However, I think some food mindfulness would be beneficial.I had one cocktail, and 30 minutes later I was violently vomiting in the restroom. I’ve had cocktails with egg-whites before with no problem, but this was the first time I had vomited from a single drink. This makes me think that either the drink was prepared incorrectly or a bad egg was used; which is a shame. Besides that, the experience was pleasant.

The food and cocktails here were just interesting enough to distinguish itself from others but also familiar. We had excellent lobster corndogs, we've never seen a menu item like that, and I had pork shoulder on spatzle. The entree was a touch on the sweet side but also excellent. We had a great time celebrating a graduation! Only tough parts were parking (cherry creek) and oddly there is no bathroom. You have to go up to 2nd or 8th floor of hotel and you are stuck waiting for elevators. Oh, and have the grateful bread, you won't regret it.

We chose narrative for a business dinner and were disappointed with the time it took to receive service, food, and the overall experience. The food was fair at best and we had to remind our server to clear the table and follow up on items like a new bottle of wine, sides for the table, etc. Will not be back.

We won't be back. Service was so bad, we thought he forgot he'd not yet taken our order. No tea refills. The cubano had no flavor. The bathroom smelled like sewer. We had high hopes and were very disappointed.

Great service from our waiter, Tim, who arranged for a grilled cheese sandwich from the lunch menu to serve our pre-teen guest for breakfast. Tim is always accommodating and friendly.

The Restaurant Week menu was creative, the wines by the glass were well above average, and the overall price was more than reasonable. Delight of the night: lobster corn dog appetizers.

Not bad but not "elevated". We had eggs benedict. Eggs were overdone. Rosemary ham was good. Potatoes were not crispy and made from frozen potatoes. Meh.
Our server was just fine, I don’t think this was her fault. However, something was really off with the kitchen timing. Pretty slow to get our food. My friend got her salad in the middle of her main course. The food was kind of cold. Has been sipping on coffee for 20-30 minutes when we finally got our dessert and only after that did my friend get her cream and sugar she asked for. Not terrible but not worth the price in my opinion.

My friends and I went here for happy hour and ended up staying for dinner because the drinks and appetizers were so good! Dinner was also amazing! Mackenzie was our server and she was the best.
