I ordered the gluten free pad Thai. I unfortunately watched the kitchen not clean the pan before putting my food in it. For people with gluten allergies, this type of cross-contamination is unacceptable and should be reported to the health department immediately!

I tried the new Chicken Parmesan pasta, and it was basically no better than an entree from the freezer section at a higher price. The chicken was a bit overcooked on one side.Service was slow shortly after opening. The tables near the back are in poor condition, and the restaurant didn't feel very clean. The restrooms require a code from the staff. They have two Coke Freestyle machines.I will not be returning.

Coughing and blowing their nose in the kitchen. Gross! I ordered my food and sat down. I looked up to see a cook blowing his nose in the kitchen and coughing. I told them it was gross and walked out. Lost my money, but not willing to roll the dice.

No ice in either vending machine and could give two craps other than sorry, how about we refund you for your drink or comp a cookie or something. Any effort would be appreciated.The food is still good, and have eaten at many of these noodle and co’s but this was not the norm.

Got the butter noodles. The bowl literally was less than 1/4 full, the noodles were cold and the cherry on top - not even cooked properly. Maybe I was just unlucky but certainly not a good experience at all.

Doordashed 12/22/23 spaghetti and found a foot long black hair in my food. Legit was so gross had to throw away the rest of the food. Called was told not much they could do I had to go through DoorDash for refund or any compensation. I don’t see how this would be DoorDash fault. So pretty much SOL and you’re just hoping your delivery company will compensate you for a mess up. I will be ordering some where else next time.

I got lo mein which was pretty good! But then I got gluten free butter noodles and they were complete mush. Everyone in my party tried them and were disappointed.Dietary restrictions: The gluten free noodles were not good. They turned into complete mush. And there was some broccoli in my meal, which made me worried about cross contamination.

Severely disappointed. Ordered $50 worth of food for only 2 entrees to show up. Contact the delivery service they say they were only given one bag. Contact the store the say it was all there. No one willing to fix the issue.

I will only write this review so that you clients know about the working conditions of the employees of noodles and company, I worked there for almost a year, where they did not increase the hourly pay corresponding to the change of year, the manager Lurdes Now in charge he always made excuses not to do it, then as a way to make me quit work he cut my working hours in half and put me on shifts of only 4 hours a day. I had to look for other jobs, I talked to her to accommodate my schedule so I could do my two jobs, however I always did what I wanted with them, so sometimes I had to leave early and my four hours turned into 3 hours and something. We worked with damage to the A/C, sweating and becoming dehydrated, even the clients noticed it and I had problems with my tips on some occasions. I hope they read this comment and decide not to eat there, I hope one day other employees can comment here on their working conditions so they know that I am not lying to them.

Food was cold, no A/C so it was hot in there. Staff was great but I've had BETTER food at Noodles before so I don't know what the deal is. For $17.00, I expected way better food!!Disappointed!!They passed my complaint on to the TEAM..., lmao. Must be their way pf saying.. "Next time bring your pwn LUBE and it won't hurt so much!!
