Not happy AT ALL my mother in law ordered a Reeces Cake from here and the not only was the quality terrible, it wasn't done correctly in the slightest. No pieces in the middle or on top, and a sloppy core with icing flung all over.For the price she paid we better be receiving an email from your hospitality team regarding a freshly baked cake and possibly a refund for all her troubles on HIS BIRTHDAY.Will be spreading the word about our experience.

For 60th Bday! Strawberries & Creme w drizzle. When the picky kids chow down you know it's good as gold! FAN-TASTIC!!! BRAVO!!! Try Starwberries & Creme, very moist and balances well w cream cheese icing. BUNDT-YUM!

Had an online delivery for 12:15pm I showed up 15 minutes late. They aren’t ready and I’m very irritated. If this is how you all run a company, it sucks! When people order stuff it’s because they need it for a certain time. And now I will be late to the event. Due to this place. Get your stuff together. From what I see there’s 4 people working. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FOR ANY EVENTS IN THE FUTURE! Take your business to Costco they are professional and will get stuff done on time!

Not only are the cakes delicious but the staff has been amazing to work w. Sent some mini bundts to DU for a bday and they were very conscious about making sure that the delivery to front desk made it to my daughter. Will be using again (and again!) Thank you!

Just ordered DoorDash for 12 assorted rose bunt cakes once the app notified me that the food should arrive between 4:08-4:10 i get a call from Bundt Cake telling me the dasher got a flat and is unable to deliver my food he said I could get a refund get a new dasher or resend the order through I ask for a new dasher and he said the store closes in thirty minutes and hangs up. Wouldn’t you want the last order you just made to be sent out at least so you didn’t make 12 assorted Bundt cakes for nothing?!? I could’ve even inferred over there in the time they closed but unfortunately the customer service over the phone was rude so why would I want to go in person???
