I love Novo coffee, but it is absolutely insane that they refuse to make a latte over 12oz. (Keep in mind that this nonsensical policy isn’t the barista’s fault!) Incredibly, they claim it’s for “quality control” purposes (I guess pro latte-makers like Thump and Corvus lack “quality control”) - but I was at the Novo location at the airport earlier this month and they made me a 16oz like any normal coffeeshop would. I guess QC goes out the door when you’re dealing with normal people instead of hipsters. If you’re a fellow espresso addict, head across the street to Cafe Zuri and they’ll happily make you a 16oz latte.

Randomly Googled this coffee shop on 11/8/23 at 3:40ish pm the barista was incredibly nice and quick I got a Chai tea I loved the hint taste of ginger.

So cute inside! We were drawn by their unique seasonal syrups. I got an iced espresso with the seasonal rosemary rumble and let me tell you, that savory-sweet infusion CHANGED MY LIFE. I didn't know savory coffee could be so amazing!

Coffees good. But overpriced and the service is horrendous every time I go in here. The employees should at least try and act semi decent to customers. Cafe zuri is 2 steps away from this place and the experience is always amazing.

Wifi with a required voucher code is over the top. There are a million other coffee shops, this is just over the top. Update: and the Internet is terrible, going down regularly every ten minutes. Terrible shop

Ordered a bagel puff. 5 minutes pass and I go back to the counter and they forgot. The single basic premise of a restaurant business is to take an order, collect the money, and then execute the order. Failing to do something that basic is just weird.
I've been coming to the spot for many years. Prices have gone up just like everything else but unfortunately today's interaction and it was less than stellar. I'm already paying five dollars per cup with this particular barista for a cup of coffee and with a to go mug the other barista that works it's much nicer and has also been charging me less for my coffee, on this particular day, I asked her to fill the cup all the way up to which she said it would be extra. Why argue about a few ounces of extra coffee? For somebody who's coming here for years and years.

I got a matcha latte and was super disappointed. They did not sieve the matcha powder, so the drink had no flavor, until I got to the bottom and found all of the chunks of matcha. Please teach your baristas how to brew the teas that you offer!My partner got a vanilla latte, and there was no syrup in it. We paid $14 for two drinks made wrong.

Was visiting from out of town, and needed to get my caffeine fix and wrap up a little work. The nitro cold bre was solid, though a bit on the pricey side. The atmosphere is not particularly cozy and almost feels sterile -- I prefer coffee shops to feel lived in and not like a pop up. The internet here requires a login and it is timed. One drink gets you 2 hours, which is reasonable but also just weird. I guess they have a problem with loiterers.

The barista here was super helpful, quick and knowledgeable. I appreciated the shop and signage which helped in making my decision to get a latte with their single origin of the week and a house made syrup (salted caramel). (Perhaps the single origin is seasonal, not positive). Anyways. Milk was frothed well with a good volume and fine milk foam. Would definitely recommend!
