Nuco2 is a terrible company. Call and they will be incredibly rude and refuse service. Email, and they won't respond.This company should face a class action lawsuit from its customer base. They will cost you revenue. If they tell you that you are scheduled for a delivery it is 100% made up and dishonest.If you call back to ask why the delivery never showed they will tell you "we have no record of a delivery scheduled" which means the call center lied to you in order to get you off the phone. I have never seen a more dishonest or incompetent vendor. I have yet to meet one person here that is actually real or honest.This company is incredibly dishonest and fraudulent. Not a legitimate Co2 provider. Avoid them.

Always expect to wait atleast half an hour or more, and DO NOT depend on them for regular deliveries on a schedule, even if they confirm three times that you're on a scheduled rout. You're not.

Waited 25 minute on hold, as soon as they answered I ask for just one moment to grab my info and they hung up. I'm sure their service is better than this, but this just blew my mind.

This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. They keep overcharging. For example, during the Pandemic when everything was almost completely shut down, we averaged 15 soda sales each month, our Co2 refills charge were averaging $185 each month. Makes no sense at all. Even their delivery person expressed his concerns about complaints he's had when he goes to locations. You can't talk to anyone. When you call in, they don't allow you to talk to your sales rep. Will not provide phone number to the rep. They would send your questions to the sales team. At times it takes weeks for a response. If you missed their call, they will not call you back. And you're stuck with a contract. OMG!
