LOVE Onefold. Vietnamese coffee and Congee are always winners. Today, the congee was luke warm when it came to the table, which was a bummer. Still tasted great, though! Love that salted ginger on top! The line moved fast, and it was much more roomy than the OG location on 18th in Uptown.
We’re visiting from salt lake and this was our second time at one fold and it exceeded our expectations. The flavors in the congee are so superb, it’s very hearty but not super heavy. My husband and I shared that and the crepes and it was such a balanced breakfast! The coffee here is outstanding and so is the whipped orange juice. Can’t wait to come back to Denver to go back here!
