The gentleman that runs the open mic on Tuesday nights is extremely unprofessional and is drunk the whole time. I can not afford instruments so I sang to a backing track that was my own original music and he got on stage after my set and said that this is a live music open mic, not a karaoke night and that I shouldn't perform there. That is so disrespectful and bias. I will make sure to spread the word about this open mic. It takes a lot of courage to get onstage and I didn't see him sing one note or play any instruments. So disappointing!

Came in for a sandwich, and it was fantastic. Not just tasty, but interesting and complex. Paired it with a nice local beer. Service was great, but to be fair it was 11AM and I was the only one there.

Stopped in on Wednesday night before a show at the Bluebird for some drinks and snacks. We had great service when we arrived and had drinks and food in no time. I had the Osaka sandwich with homemade chips and could only eat half. It was huge! The bartender was friendly and helpful. Once more folks came in, the service started to suffer. It wasn't packed, but the staff seemed to have a hard time keeping up. I'm not sure if they were short staffed. I know with the great resignation, it has been an issue at many places. I've been in before, but not for ages.. They sometimes have live music and that always made for a good night. I would come back.

The new sandwiches on the menu are to surprisingly exceptional. Wouldn’t expect that for bar food. We came for the bbq at noon but it wasn’t ready.

Great spot to go to when looking for a classic bar to hang and have a few beers, maybe catch some weekend live music. And good pre or post Bluebird show good vibes. Plus now they have OPEN, one of the best sandwich shop concepts in town, everything is great but definitely do not sleep on the french onion dip!

A lot of changes in the past couple weeks. Not the same bar as before. Complete changeover in menu and staff. I'm not keen on the changes, but there's a lot of the other bars in the area and maybe it's more to the liking of other patrons. I would not look at the previous reviews as a good representation of the bar now.

Their staff is on point 150%I went in there just trying to find something to eat/kill till time while waiting for a show @bluebird theater. But little did I know I would stumble across a true Denver gem! Their BBQ is beyond incredibly good! Their staff has some of the best hospitality, that I've ever encountered. Especially when someone gets the chance/or selected to sit for Howard to take care of them... Drinks come out phenomenally & with in reasonabletime. He literally leaves no step unturned, creating the best possible experience for everyone!!!
