I love the food, the service, and the people who run the store! One time, somebody else took my food, and they gave me a full refund, and even included an extra drink! I 100% suggest you go there.

I went into this location about 40 minutes ago. I waited while they tried to figure out how to honor one of their specials for the customers in front of me. After 7 minutes, they finally figured it out and charged the clients. They sat down to wait for their drinks and I stepped up to the counter. I stood there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by any of the 3 employees who were going back and forth. All told I waited for 20 minutes and was NEVER greeted. 2 of the employees/owners children were sitting in the corner entertaining themselves. The little girl got a bloody nose, walked behind the counter to the sink and grabbed a paper towel to staunch the blood. No parental interaction! There were only two groups of customers when I came in and in 20 minutes, none of them received their orders. We are talking about drinks, here. I understand if you are busy, I don't mind waiting. What I do mind is being ignored!

I got an iced coffe at this place and paid 7$ for a cup of ice and when I went back and told them I tipped and everything and asked for a refill they said no and that in Vietnam the ice melts. I said well its not warm enough outside for the ice to melt here and I only got a couple sips, they then tried to charge me another 5$ for another one and claimed they were unsure of what I actually wanted. I ordered coffee not a 7$ minus tip cup of ice. Will not be going back. Terrible customer service coming from a food service worker myself
