Ordered online and showed up at 850 for my order. They had already locked the doors despite not closing until 9, and ignored my knocking as they walked around cleaning for several minutes. Finally they waved for me to go thru the drive thru. They didn't have anything in my order (kung Pao chicken, chow mein and super greens) so instead they just gave me orange chicken and fried rice because that's "all they had". The employee promised me a free meal at which point she wrote down my name on her personal phone. I'm assuming I'll never see that meal or money back, which is ok, because I'll never come here again.

This location sucks, do not waste your time here.The drive-thru seems to always be closed and the location itself is closed 30min-1 hour earlier than what the posted times are.As far as food goes they are consistently out of ingredients and always missing different items from their menu.

I have been renting an air b&b in the neighborhood as my house in Aurora is being remodeled. This Panda has always had good food and service, and I have been here quite a few times since there's hardly any restaurants in the area.

Overall what you expect from Panda, but I will say to this location please char the teriyaki chicken a little more! A bit of crisp on the outside is nice, and sometimes when I get the teriyaki here it has no crust.

Panda Express is no longer what it used to be. Food it trash, always cold and never fresh. They never have what we want ready to go & the chowmain is always nasty. Last time, I wanted to dine in with my boyfriend & they gave us paperplates instead of the to go boxes & OH, MY we're the Porsche sizes way smaller. We saw someone get a to go box in front of us, and it just giggled my brain. Panda, if you want to save the environment, get paper EVERYTHING! yall just make it about the money. I'll never be eating at ANY Panda Express again. Time & time again, it's super disappointing. This last time we went, we ordered, didn't pay, and just walked out. No one even greets us anymore. At this location, it's all teenagers and no real management.

This location did not have any vegetarian options. When I inquired if they did, the person working acted really annoyed that I even asked. The only vegetable dish was broccoli alone. I think the attitude was worse than the poor selection.
