This is my favourite place to eat in mall. Products are always fresh. Sesame chicken is the best, not sure other locations have sesame chicken so I always order from Cherry Creek, personal is a bit slow, but in general-like it.

This restaurant has gone down hill. The service is slow and most of the employees are not friendly. The food is dry and not as good as it used to be. We asked for the warm teriyaki sauce for the chicken but they "didn't make any that day" so we had to use the thick packaged sauce. The restaurant is always dirty - drink area and tables are never wiped down and trash is overflowing. The restrooms are dirty as well and need to be updated.

Always out of food (they won’t make more, they always say they are “out for the entire day”… I usually come in for lunch). The food they do have is super dry and kinda crusty. Staff is very rude.

I waited in a very long slow moving line for a hood while only to see they didnt have all the food selection. It was basically half the normal stuff. Then to top it off the employees were not filling the serving scoop all the way. I got my food and got to the register when I was about to complain i had half what I normaly get, when a guy in line complained. A boy employee who was at the register aria ran over and pushed the server helping him to the side. The girl server looked at her fellow employee all shocked cause he shoved her. I dont blame her! Then this boy started yelling at the man with out even trying listen or resolve the problem. The boy was telling the man he was lying and they were filling the scoops. The man left. Then the boy started complaining about the man to a lady next in line. Turns out it was they guys wife! She told the boy it was unprofessional to talk bad about customers to another customer, especially if its they guys wife! Lol bad move on the boy. She left and the employee then started complaining about the man to the customer now at the register! This kid was trying to start a fight! The guy came back in asking for the manager and the boy emploee whips out his phone and starts recording the guy who's asking for the manager. This kid was threatening the guy saying hes recording and will post it on social media. This kidWas totally trying to get this guy mad!Eating here is not worth the slow lines, limited food and half portions and employees who try starting fights. The food was cold and definitely not worth it.

I have been enjoying panda express recently and have been disappointed in different aspects. I've ordered their egg rolls multiple times as a large order and they consistently don't do the full order, only one roll so I'm not getting the food I pay for. Their teriyaki chicken doesn't feel like chicken when eating and doesn't look anything as advertised. The staff I have interacted with are always kind.

Good is great, however the place is dirty for customers. Floors in the lobby are sticky and have trash on them. Most of the table are not cleaned off, have spilled food on them. We actually had to clean off a table inside just so we can sit and eat on a non dirty table.
