Got bottom of the barrel food. We specifically drove 30 minutes more to this location because they closed later than the location near us. They had the audacity to ask if I’d like them to make extra since there is not much left and still give me burnt old food. An hour and a half before close ? Nasty food. Waste of money. Poor customer service.

More like Panda Slow. The Beijing Beef was not available so I paid and was told to wait. While I waited for 25 min I watched as my order sat incomplete as other customers ordered Beijing Beef. When I told the manager I had been waiting over 20 min for my food she just mumbled something and walked away. No apology or explanation.I do not recommend this location as this is not the first time this has happened to me. Completely unorganized chaos. Not worth it for subpar food.

We walked into the food place to try to get food before they closed. We were completely ignored, as they talked to each other. We asked if there was anyway we could get food. They told us they stopped cooking with 30 minutes before closer and said what we have is what we have. We asked if they had any sesame chicken the lady proceeds to take a spatula and pick up a couple kernels and just looked at us. Very unprofessional and straight out rude. Absolutely do not recommended this place.

Compared to other pandas, thus is a horrible location. the manager, Raquel, or so she said she was the manager, has poor customer service skills, rude, unprofessional. The food is either undercooked, or overdone, soggy chicken. Go to the one off federal/104th or grant/144th.
Let’s face it, we are not going for excellent Chinese. If we are going here, this is basic Chinese food that is prepared in an easy fast food way. The food is pretty decent, the service is always mediocre, and it is definitely made cheap and fast. But let’s face it as well. They also do it pretty delicious for as fast as I make it, I just wish they could keep the dishes full so you don’t feel like you’re getting the last scoop every time!I would definitely recommend it as far as fast goes, it beats those one dollar a scoop by far!
