The fact that I called as I placed the order to ask for them to make sure half of the pizza does not get cheese and they told me that they couldn’t do that because they won’t remember….. I proceeded to ask if they can make a note about that single pizza on the ticket itself and they just tell me that they are too busy, so if you have an allergy I recommend that you never go to this Papa John’s because in the future they are going to end up putting someone in the hospital with a carefree attitude like that in a service industry. I’m just appalled at the fact that if someone has a allergy Papa John’s obviously doesn’t care for your safety.

We ordered from this location tonight and we’re having trouble with our card. Our delivery driver AND the associate at the store (Bobby I believe his name was) were so kind and patient with us while we got everything figured out. I truly appreciated both of them!

Papa Johns is a great chain, and this location is definitely helping! I've had a few pizzas so far and they've all been delicious, on-time, affordable, and made by friendly staff. Will be back for sure!

I really used to enjoy Papa Johns pizza...and I love the cookie dessert. But I just can't willingly fork out nearly $30 for a pizza and a dessert and the ridiculous "delivery fee". I recommend everyone go to SOUTHSIDE PIZZA, in Littleton....Their pizzas are amazing (better quality) and are way more affordable. Support local...screw chains and their overpriced product(s).
Shout out to Matt (or Mike, I couldn't hear very well on the phone) - must be a floor lead of manager. Ordered via their website, pizza delivered was not my order. I called and spoke with Mike who refunded my money and expedited my order. To make it better, he came and personally delivered my corrected order. Appreciate the customer service!

I don’t eat here often but every time I do it’s good. The delivery is fast the food is hot and the order is correct. What more can you ask for?10/23/22. Ugh apparently they have started using DoorDash for delivery. I won’t order again.

I ordered a pizza for this location. SMA wait time was 52 to 62 minutes. It's been over an hour and I checked the status of my pizza. It shows it has not been made yet. Contact the store the manager there was a pain in the a*** Wouldn't give me his name so I can verify I was getting credit back on my credit card.. He informed me that they not they had their cooler went out the other day. And they couldn't make it the pizza. My point is if the cooler is out why they sell them pizza at room temperature then. That's very concerning for someone who's worked in restaurants for 35 years.I don't think this manager gave a crap about anything and I don't think the corporation seems to care either.Just point Just want to get my money returned which I have not seen yet an email from them confirm and I got every fun.

We had our usual order from Papa John’s tonight and it hit me that after ordering from this location probably 30+ times in the past two years or so, our order is always correct and I’m not sure I’ve ever had a long wait. That is what I call consistency. Fast, affordable, reliable, yummy pizza. Well done!
